Called numerous local repair stores to get a quote on the exact repair ONLY that I'm looking for before bringing it in. Every local phone repair store was able to instantly give me a quote on the type of repair that I was asking for which was a new charging port on a brand new iphone 16 ONLY! This place demanded me to bring my phone in first so he can "determine" and scam more things that need repairs on my phone. Very hostile in giving me a quote even though I was saying the exact repair Im asking for and how much that would just cost. Every other store had no issue on giving me the quote. Very shady scammer vibes from the people that work here. This is the type of electronic store that will tell you that you need way more than you actually do just like a shady mechanic shop trying to get over on the unknowledged customers that come in to get there stuff fixed. At first refused to cover a damaged LCD 4 weeks after the initial repair, but they ended up fixing it and doing a great job.

My son had the most AWFUL experience at this store. They botched the repair of his iPhone 10, would not stand by their work, were insulting, mildly profane and all in all comported themselves in the worst way imaginable. I had a similar experience as Sarah. I live over an hour away from the place, so I had a friend helping me with dropping off and picking up the iPad for a new screen. I called prior to my friend dropping it off and I was quoted the repair to be about $200, which was equivalent to shipping the iPad out to a mail in fixit shop. My friend then nicely delivered the iPad to these guys. They took it and charged my friend $280 and started to work on it. My friend immediately called me to ask if I knew about the price increase. I had her put me on with a guy named Omar. I told him that I was qouted$200 and that if he couldn't hold to that price to stop working on it and give it back to my friend. He responded that they would match the internet pricing and it was late in the day, so he would have it fixed and ready to be picked up The following day for $200. Foreseeing the situation , I explained to him that I did not want him to take the ipad apart unless they were going to just charge me $200. I told him that I did not want to be charged $280 after they fixed the screen. Omar assured me that I would only be charged $200. I was sure to leave my phone number and explain that if they cannot do for $200, just put it back together with the broken screen and call me for pick up. Two days later my friend went to pick up the iPad for me. Immediately she called me stating that they were charging her the $280 for the repair. She also said that the guy was saying they should charge us $400 for the repairs done and that $280 is a deal. (A new screen lists for $40 oI then spoke with the owner of the Shop and he explained that Omar only worked on Thursday and made a mistake by saying it would only be a charge of $200. The owner was very rude and was trying to convince me that it was my friends fault for allowing Omar to charge her $280. His point was that she agreed to the charge and knew how much it would be. In reality, she was just dropping it off and picking it up for me. All talks about fees were with me , and not her. At this point he was basically holding my iPad hostage and agreed to charge me $265. Unfortunately I had no choice but to agree in order to get my iPad back. This establishment is very unprofessional and tries to confuse their customers. If you have a repair I suggest to search for another place to get the work done. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. Also.. as I am frustratingly typing, the iPad is definitely not performing the way it was prior to service from this company. The typing is delayed and. Unresponsive, the screen flickers at times, and the home button seemed to be stuck down a bit. I brought this unit to them working perfectly fine, except for a cracked screen... now I have an uncracked screen, but several performance issues. I'll probably just end up buying a new iPad at this point. Very disappointing to have people like this running a service shop.... I encourage all to bring their electronics elsewhere. Every time I go here to get my phone fixed my phone is always in worse condition than it was when I brought it in . I don't see how fixing the screen can mess up the rest of the phone! The guys fixing the phones is rude and argued with me a few times telling me what is going on with my phone has nothing to do with him even though my phone was fine aside from the screen being broken it was in working order. Mind you my phone is new just got it from Best Buy brand new so I know it's not the phOne. This is the second time I used this company to repair my mobile phones and the first time at this store's location. Excellent service and fixed much quicker than I expected. The person behind the counter was super friendly and stated the price before I agreed to the repair. I am super happy that I didn't have to get a new phone and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. The main "technician" does substandard work at best with cheap, counterfeit pieces all while severely inflating their prices! I strongly advise AGAINST using any of their services... go to Apple and bite the bullet. Highly recommend! Fixed my daughter's iPhone 6s screen and put on a glass screen protector within 20 minutes while we sat in the best massage chairs. The customer service was the best. Malik was beyond accommodating. He was very personable, offered us coffee or tea, and to enjoy the massage chairs. He also gave us a $60 coupon to offset the cost. He had a smile on his face the entire time, waited on two other customers while repairing the phone, and checked to see how we were doing after attending to them. Prices are okay but just wished they would honor their 90 day policy because right after they fixed my boyfriends phone the first time, he dropped it ever so slightly and it broke. Went back to see if they could replace it within 2 weeks and they tried to charge me $120! So we said screw it! But now my boyfriends phone is completely busted and he needs his phone so it was the holidays and they had a convenient special going on, so he's getting it fixed! The only thing is... I was really disappointed in this place after i had my screen fixed once it immediately malfunctioned so that half the screen was black. I went back and the girl told me it was my fault - water damage - even though I hadn't gotten it wet I trusted her and thought maybe I didn't realize and payed another 160 to get it fixed. Then a few weeks later the touch screen stopped working consistently for no reason (wasn't after I dropped it or anything) . I brought it back and when she took my cracked screen cover off noticed a tiny crack in the bottom of the screen. They said it must be from that and the warranty wouldn't cover the screen they didn't put on right because of that tiny crack. After spending 280 dollars here I am done and I will never go back - I recommend going to the Apple Store to fix it since it's cheaper and they know what they are doing - these people create more problems and are not professional when you call them on it- mocking you and being childish.
