He walked in this at&t a couple weeks ago to buy a new phone and has had endless problems since. The employees have absolutely no clue what they are doing. This entire experience has been a complete and total nightmare and no one has compensated him for the trouble. Needless to say about two weeks later he still dealing with multiple phone issues. We will never return to this store again and we are sorry we did in the first place!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store or somewhere where they know what they are doing!!!!!!

They told me to call the main customer service line when I had an issue. It makes me want to switch providers, if this is reflective of this company. Very yawning-centered, not customer centered. Makes me sad that corporate companies like this are just after your money. Go to Verizon. They have better coverage anyways!
