If that was the case, why didn't anybody ever call us? The incredibly rude employee that we dealt with stated that she made herself very clear how they do things and she suggested that it was our fault that installation wasn't set up notwithstanding that the salesman, when we made the purchase, told us he would have his best installer on the property. At no time did I personally receive an email from her about installation not being all set. Aside from that, had she been apologetic and made me feel like a valued customer, I would have been less upset about the experience but she was horrifically rude to me. Not once did I get a statement saying my business was valued and appreciated. We then had our fantastic contractor lined up to do the install only to find out that the sales rep who undoubtedly made a commission on my nearly $40,000 purchase failed to order a chimney hood extension cover that was needed. When we called the store when this was realized, needless to say, the saleman wasn't there and nobody else could competently assist us. I would not recommend this store. The customer service has been less than par and it's not worth the money.

He is the first technician who was actually able to fix my Viking oven--which I was about to replace after technicians from other companies told me it couldn't be repaired. The repair was also fairly priced. Bryan is courteous, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant to have in your home. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, never makes you feel rushed, and even left enough time for me to clean around and behind my appliances while he was working. Bryan has now repaired three appliances for us, and every experience has been excellent. I've recommended both Bryan and Anytime Appliance to my friends, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. It is rare to find someone who combines this level of skill and expertise with such a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.

We don't know what we're talking about, which is why he should properly inspect the appliance instead of trusting our description of the problem. He then proceeded to call us cheap and slammed the door on the way out. Maybe this company has some nice, professional technicians, but Will is not one of them. We called this company after our dryer crapped out. We had some issues with our dryer before and…read morehad used another appliance repair company in East Norwalk. The problems were temporarily solved, but usually never on the first shot. There was always a follow up visit or a missing part that the servicemen did not have on hand. Since we're not from the area, we just kept going back to the same repair company because we didn't know any better. After trying to get said Norwalk appliance repair company on the phone, no one picked up when they were supposed to have been opened at 8 am. Then after a voicemail and finally a third attempt at eventually speaking to someone, my wife was on hold for 20 minutes. When she spoke with customer service, they said they couldn't help us based on her description of what was wrong with our dryer. When she asked for a referral, she was told to try Google. I don't want to name the other company, but like they said, you could probably Google it. That was the last straw. My wife called Dobson based on a recommendation from another service provider after a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find someone who could help us. They were available to come the next day, even as it was a 2-person job, since the washer and dryer were stacked. They showed up when they said they would. They wore masks the whole time. They diagnosed the problem. They pointed out what was wrong. They fixed issues that the prior service men neglected to fix the first time, in order to ensure our washer and dryer ran smoother. Apparently, the dryer vent wasn't hooked up properly, which may or may not have been the prior service providers fault, but Dobson made the fix nonetheless. They cleaned our ducts, as we asked. Then they fixed the dryer and tested and then re-tested to ensure it worked properly. We highly recommend Dobson for reliable service that solve problems the first time around.
