Terrific customer service at the print shop - Brian is the best. Check out staffing (not the people, but the availability of them) and line to return Amazon packages is literally embarrassing. Don't know if it's under staffed to "manage hours" by corporate or call outs/no-shows from staff. Consistently abysmal.

Went into quite a few dark, cold and uninviting locations as well as new showrooms. They all had the same type of chairs. Oh sure, they gave me their catalog on the way out. And what good is that? You need to sit in a chair to be able to tell if it's right for you. Well, Transfer Enterprises is not like that at all. This is a well lit location, great variety and the show room manager Asia is fantastic. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind all my questions. I found my perfect chair at a fair price. It was loaded into my car and the wheels never touched the ground. You could tell they really cared about my purchase. Don't waste time searching, just come here and ask for Asia. She will help you find your office furniture too.

I bought it some time ago, but the chair is still obviously in great shape, because it's a Herman Miller, and I saved $600-$700.
