We hired them to do a fast track renovation to our production employee lavatories here at the PEZ factory in Orange. The project needed to be completed in two weeks during our end of year shutdown and with only short notice they finished the project on time and budget. IC is a family owned operation so they care about their work and customer satisfaction. The reason they get 5 stars is they are great with scheduling the select contractors they use and the way they communicate with all parties. They are very proactive and on site most often to assure good quality work. We will definitely give them the call when we have additional construction needs here at PEZ.

Needed a desk for my office and in my mind I knew what I wanted but really didn't. Friend recommended this place so while on vacation I popped in for a look. The store associates were very helpful in directing me to what I ultimately purchased which was one of those stand up / sit down desks. Ken was my helper and I am sure he too would say I was very easy to work with. My only criticism comes on the delivery side of the business. I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.

I took my desktop laser printer there because it kept jamming…read more Instead of charging me a lot of money, they took time to explain to me what I needed to buy (a drum) and how to install it myself. When I got the drum, I had more questions. Again, they took the time to explain to me over the phone exactly what to do. All this time and they charged me nothing! And they were kind; not condescending. I would be definitely go there and actually spend money for their superior service if I need it. Because they're trustworthy, pleasant, honest, etc. Their business is bigger machines, but they didn't mind helping me out. They know their stuff.

You bring your item in, show the QR Code and they do the rest. No box. No tape. No address label. Just walk away. It's awesome. There is always a line because someone always has a problem. I've had delightful and helpful employees and I've had employees that clearly hate their jobs. But I would still recommend using the UPS Store.

The fabric store told me they would file a claim through UPS, they then called me weeks later to say UPS said I had to file and that day was the deadline to do so. I rushed to the UPS store and had the paperwork filled out. Only to find out the paperwork wasn't filed the same day but 3 days later (past the deadline) because the "manager" was absent from the store until then and they had to file the paperwork. I asked several times to have the manager call me, no call; called when she was in the store but she was busy so left a message, no call. Then was told UPS denied the claim because it was filed late. There's something very fishy about how they do business here, the manager refused to call me back and she appears to physically be in the store very seldom. I would recommend you not use this store, I'd hate for someone else get robbed.
