I brought it into AAT for an opinion and it was determined that the battery had reached the end of it's useful life. They offered me three choices of battery from economy to best. I chose the best option as I have loved the laptop, I bring it on all my travels and it functions flawlessly. During the repair, it was discovered that the battery management module had failed. The repair took longer because they needed to order a module and replace it to make sure the problem was completely repaired. I understood and waited for the repair to be completed. When the repair was finished, I went to pick up the laptop expecting to have to pay, at a minimum, for the needed part. I was told that there would be NO CHARGE! I actually tried really hard to at least pay for the part, but they said NO, it is covered under the battery repair and that it was their policy to cover the issue. I was shocked, but happy at the same time. It is rare in today's business world to see a business stand up to their work where it would have been very easy to give me a bill and say, sorry it's your laptop and your problem. They did not!! When I returned home and began daily use of the laptop, I discovered another problem with the power/battery operation. The laptop would only turn on from a powered off situation, if the charger was plugged in. I returned it to them and they fixed that problem.....once again, without a charge! AAT was more than fair with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs you will need. I would give them 10 stars, but Yelp only goes as high as 5.

I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.

Not only did Boris make sure this problem was addressed, he noticed while working on it some small structural issues. These resulted from my slipping and falling on the computer last winter, shielded by a padded briefcase. At no extra charge, he replaced some screws and otherwise corrected the alignment of the frame, presenting me the next day with a pleasant surprise, as I had forgotten about these issues with my machine.
