Doug helped us immediately (I had called earlier so he remembered me from the call). He put us in both chairs to try out. I started with the NOVO first and then tried the M.8. Doug allowed me to try out another massage feature on the M.8 (so three massages total). While we were testing the chairs, he told us all about himself, the company, the massage chairs, and the massage chair companies. Doug clearly loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. He was not pushy whatsoever and he actually told us to come in next week to try out the chairs again before we decide on a chair. Seriously, this is the best customer service I've had in years (if ever). We will be back next week to try out the chairs but opposite of how we did it this time (just to really get to know each chair and their functions). We have done a ton of research on both massage chairs so we know that no matter what we end up choosing, it will be a great choice. Side note/tip: if you are looking at Relax the Back in Greenwich, they only carry to M.8. Take the extra time to drive up to West Hartford and compare it to the Super NOVO. The showroom may be small but it's always good to try out the chairs before making a big purchase.

We could never get our our " Sleep Numbers" to works correctly and it felt like we were sleeping on a pool raft. I was nervous to try another bed, but my back was now killing me. Chris, and his manager Karin were amazing. There was no pressure and they walked us through many options. Also, everything was VERY clean and sanitary covers abound. They even offer appointment only showings after hours to accommodate work schedules and health needs. We determined that two twin XLs would work best on a King adjustable base for our needs. We have had our beds now for two weeks and we each love our beds ( mine soft his firm). There is even a 1 inch height discrepancy but with a bed gap filler ( thank you Amazon) and our mattress pad you cannot see any height issue and no one except the dog sleeps in the middle anyway! I no longer have any back pain!!! We sincerely want to thank Chris, Karin and Dana for their kind, patient, professional and courteous service. We would highly recommend this store and these reps.

I called in the late afternoon, CA time. There is a time difference and with the length of the process, as I had many questions, she stayed past her normal hours to accommodate me and couldn't have been nicer about it. He then provided a new delivery date, and later the company confirmed my delivery window. On the day of delivery, the mattress arrived almost three hours outside of the time window I was given. It appeared I was the last stop, and only one delivery person arrived to deliver a king-size mattress. When he came into the house, he decided he would not deliver the mattress because he didn't want to bring it upstairs. He claimed the mattress would not fit, even though I currently have a king-size bed and mattress in that room. I assumed he might have been tired since it's a physically demanding job, which I understand. However, instead of explaining that, he essentially said he didn't want to do the job and stated that he "works smarter, not harder." He also said he would not remove the old mattress and could just leave the new one at the door for me to figure out myself. I'm sorry, but I did not spend over $2,000 on a mattress plus delivery fees to handle the delivery myself. As of now, I still have not received my mattress. I have called the store, left a message, and have not received a call back. I have also called several additional times since then with no response. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service.

After testing out practically every mattress in the store, I did make a purchase, and there was some sticker shock, not gonna lie! But after waiting about a month I received a call to schedule my delivery, and a week after that, I was lying on my comfy new bed. There was some confusion over what hardware I would need to attach an existing headboard, and then when the delivery guys arrived, they had no clue that I expected them to install it (even though it was on my paperwork). In addition, they showed up 10 minutes early without first calling, so we weren't quite ready for them, but they were very pleasant and professional. All things considered, I'm glad I chose Connecticut Mattress and would definitely use them again in the future.

I've already gone through three rags, and the pictures are after a wipe down. The delivery guy, Kris, said that it is assembled in the warehouse so sits there for awhile in pieces. I've ordered a ton of furniture from online stores for the most part and have never received furniture in this condition. Raymour & Flanigan isn't cheap. They need to pay someone to clean the furniture up before delivery. I was thinking of getting fabric headboards but wouldn't order them from this store.

On July 5th we contacted customer service and they moved delivery to July 9th. Then they moved it to July 7th between 6:30 and 9:30. All of this was confirmed by email and text. Bed never arrived. This time customer service said our delivery was scheduled for the 9th. Canceled order. The experience was awful. The only good thing about this experience was the sales rep. She was great. I'm sure we will find a bed just as comfortable at a fraction of the $7000 price tag elsewhere.

It tracks anytime you are in bed so if you watch TV , it tracks you as restless. 3. In the time I had the bed I reset the remote eight times. It does not sync easily. 4. When I finally had enough it took hours to arrange for a pick up- strangely a ten day wait when deliveries to receive take little time - and I received a nice surprise. They give a 100 percent refund BUT it's a $199 charge to pick up the bed. And you can't send it back or deliver it yourself. I felt very taken and mid represented by every facet of this transaction

An order issue, created by myself, requiring billing modification and a second delivery was quickly and professionaly resolved. Delivery and set up was courteous, timlely and clean with no damage to walls, paint etc. Expense seemed reasonable given all the variables shopping this category.
