My first time, and definitely not my last…read more My mom and I came here for new bowls and plates. We were helped by a lovely woman who showed us the most popular collection. I like this store because it is open stock. So if you pick something out, they are most likely going to have it in the back, where they bring it up front to you. There are two levels in this store. The top is furniture. And the bottom is kitchen and house essentials. The one thing I thought was weird was how there is no parking lot, you must pay for time in the parking garage, which made me personally feel rushed. Although many places now in the cities do the parking meter for parking, I just feel more revenue would go into the business if there was an actual lot. The customer service is great, and I loved how well organized it was. It reminded me of something Ellen Degeneres would design. Will definitely be back!

Customer service is dreadful. No matter what time you call customer service, day or night, you can…read morenever get through. Their AI and chat is even worse. Their computer systems are also terrible since anytime I go into the store, they can never find my order using my telephone number or email. . It's like their systems don't talk to each other and the most recent upgrade was a disaster. I'll never buy another product from Crate & Barrel since they don't value customer service. Something has to change since no one wants to deal with a business where you can't get through on the toll-free number or when you go into the store, they spend a half an hour trying to find your order.

The cabinets were very well priced, all with soft close and well constructed cabinets. I got quartz counters and backsplash and they were so aggressively priced that nobody could compete with them and I did a ton of shopping around. The only suggestion I would make to a future buyer is to work with their installer for two reasons. A better understanding of their drafting and install process and secondly better priced. I went with someone I knew from previous jobs and found out I spent $3-4K over what I should have spent. Cabinet changes and issues arose and they were their when my phone rang and support was prompt and fast delivery for the replacement and re-designed space. I will put it two ways to all future buyers, message me and you can see my kitchen first hand. Secondly when the interest rates drop and I buy another house, these guys are doing my kitchen again.

I highly recommend Hartford Kitchen Factory and Joaquim Amaro

There's a great variety of candles to choose from. Complimentary snacks are offered (you can bring your own bites), and there's a bathroom on hand. The vibe and atmosphere are really fun. Melissa (the owner) and her staff make sure you're having a good time, all while still being attentive. This is great place for a date, birthday, event or even just something to do. It's definitely worth checking out and I'm sure I'll be back!

My review isn't a "business attack." It's my experience as a paying customer. Calling dissatisfied customers "children" instead of addressing the concerns says more about your professionalism than my review ever could. You claim these reviews are fake, yet there are multiple people describing similar experiences. At some point, when the same complaints keep appearing, it's worth asking why instead of dismissing everyone as liars. A no-refund policy does not excuse poor customer service or repeated rescheduling. Customers pay for a service with the expectation that it will be delivered professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Instead of insulting your customers and threatening to block them, take accountability, communicate honestly, and focus on resolving legitimate concerns. Professional businesses don't respond to criticism by name-calling--they address the issue. Referring to paying customers as "children" because they shared their experience is unprofessional and only reinforces the concerns people have about how you treat clients. A business owner should be able to respond respectfully to criticism without resorting to personal insults. Your response speaks louder than my review ever could. I have documentation of my experience, and your public response does not accurately reflect what happened. Your statements about offering convenient reschedules and resolving concerns are inconsistent with how my situation was handled.
