The worker who ended up helping me was fantastic. She listened to the issue, immediately checked out some things and told me her opinion and suggestion moving forward. I was a bit worried about purchasing a new case without confirming my AirPods themselves still worked and she completely understood and ran a few tests. Let me know I had a 90 day warranty if something went wrong (looked like things were working). She also went above and beyond, escalating things to the Apple Safety team to try and get me an extended warranty. This took a bit of time and she was incredibly apologetic because unfortunately Apple said no, but I don't blame her, rather the big business that doesn't care about its customers as much. But regardless, I left the store pleased with my AirPods in working order!

I get it that the store was to close in about 20 minutes. Maybe make an effort in the meantime and at least check their backroom? Sunday comes and goes and I didn't get a confirmation email--not a problem. Monday mid-day comes and nothing and so I call the store and was told to come in when I came--that the order was ready. I couldn't come on Monday so I planned on stopping by on Tuesday. Tuesday comes---still no confirmation that my order was ready--so I call to make sure and was told to come in and that it wouldn't be a problem. I arrive around 5 pm and told the sales associate that I am here to pickup an order. She tells me no order exists. I offer to show my email with the order number, last name, etc.--she says no order exists. I insist that she reach out to a manager because I just called the store and was told it would be good to go. Manager never assigned the order to the sales team and so they have the start the process which includes waiting for a safe to open after 10 minutes. I agree to wait, not a problem--thank you for checking. The sales associate begins activating and processing the order---she isn't able to finish---the manager never assigned the device--so she can't do this without him. I have never witnessed a more incompetent process for a in store online order pickup. The sales associate was nice but this manager doesn't know what they are doing.
