I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. He had me Bring my laptop in and did some updates and a bunch of cleanup, and now its running Like practically new!! $100 bucks for a repair vs. $1000 for a new Mac? Thank you!! The two guys who work here were always very friendly and helpful the few times I was back in after my phone for my laptop. We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

Asked if their location had return boxes to complete the process. Were told they might have these in their backroom but that we should double check our email again to see if the boxes were being sent to us. ?? We in the Verizon shop at that moment where there were two employees, listlessly leaning on the displays with no other customers about. The emails mentioned nothing about boxes being sent. I get it that the store was to close in about 20 minutes. Maybe make an effort in the meantime and at least check their backroom? Or qualify the truculent attitude by explaining boxes are held specifically for phones purchased at that location if this perhaps is indeed the case? We left and went to another Verizon store where we were provided the requested items readily with a smile. Do not use them for in-store pickup! I placed an order on Saturday for a phone that was in stock to…read morebe picked up on Sunday. Sunday comes and goes and I didn't get a confirmation email--not a problem. Monday mid-day comes and nothing and so I call the store and was told to come in when I came--that the order was ready. I couldn't come on Monday so I planned on stopping by on Tuesday. Tuesday comes---still no confirmation that my order was ready--so I call to make sure and was told to come in and that it wouldn't be a problem. I arrive around 5 pm and told the sales associate that I am here to pickup an order. She tells me no order exists. I offer to show my email with the order number, last name, etc.--she says no order exists. I insist that she reach out to a manager because I just called the store and was told it would be good to go. Manager never assigned the order to the sales team and so they have the start the process which includes waiting for a safe to open after 10 minutes. I agree to wait, not a problem--thank you for checking. The sales associate begins activating and processing the order---she isn't able to finish---the manager never assigned the device--so she can't do this without him. I have never witnessed a more incompetent process for a in store online order pickup. The sales associate was nice but this manager doesn't know what they are doing.

Mainline grocery aisles are all faced like military standing in attention. It is a picture perfect store that other chains should take lessons from. Only negative, cashier extremely rude to the point that she looked the other way and didn't even hand me the receipt. She put the receipt on the register and walked away from me. I get it, I'm a big gringo but I don't think my purchase of bakery products, deli cheese and tortilla wraps was offending anyone during lunch time. I didn't even ask for a bag. I dunno. Would be a 5 star experience if she just smiled at the very least. Cashiers are the last line of defense in any retail establishment. You can have a crappy experience throughout the store, complain about pricing etc and the cashier can brighten your day with just a smile and hello. This was the reverse. Great experience. Good pricing. Clean store. Lousy cashier.
