This is my first time today at the store the customer service was more than outstanding! One of the staff members name John spent over an hour with me and my boyfriend helping us pick out exactly what we wanted! It's not often you find a place that cares so much about pleasing the customer as the priority! As I don't know much about the different types of tobacco bongs or what exactly I wanted. I left the store feeling like I got a great deal! I've heard from a friend that the quality of their products is amazing! I love coming to Billows and Blaze smoke shop. In Stratford there are many smokes shops. In my opinion there to many places to choose from. I have also noticed that many of them are crooked with broken And outdated merchandise. It's almost to easy to start selling vapes anywhere. So having a smoke shop that is up to date with inventory, as well as everyone knows me by my first name. Every member of staff is very well knowledges on vaping products as well as many other tobacco, cigars, Hookah, Kratom and more. The blonde overweight man who works here is rude, labeling and a horrible salesman who REALLY likes to talk about how big of a 'vape person' he is. If you're a female, stay away from this guy. Great selection of anything you need head-shop and cigar lounge speaking. The most reasonable prices on everything from juul pods to Glass that goes on sale a lot if you like to collect or just need reasonably priced pieces. The variety of alternative care supplements is outstanding too. All they need now is a bigger store! And the price point is unbeatable. Deff hit this shop if your in the area. I ran out of e-liquid one day and stopped by this place in Stratford thinking they had to have some decent flavors. Little did I know I became a regular customer traveling 30-45 minutes just to get Mango Flavor with great flavor and great PG content I was looking for. I tried other flavors like Pomegranate and Strawberry which are really good but Mango is still my favorite. I walked into Beans and Leaves and was greeted by the nice staff. The guys that work here really know their stuff when it comes to anything a smoker might need. I bought an e-cig from the store and the nice staff explained how the device functioned and how to fill it and was very patient with me. Thier store is very nice and has a wide selection of products. This shop has a great selection of cigars . Well stocked . They carry an excellent house cigar and several boutique cigars . Friendly staff as well. . Not only do they have cigars but they also carry vape supplies ,ryo tobacco ,tons of glass as well. Place is worthless. Constantly running out of vape supplies. The staff are kids who seem stoned every day. Smells like dirty cigars. One of the cigar smokers was yelling at the young female employee one night for no reason. The owner was right there and did nothing. Said calm down to both of them.
