This shop is great. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable and the selection is great. Hector and dave are commonly who I see when I am there and both are friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking to get started or have been vaping for years this is the place for you. Everyone in Uvape is down to earth and enjoys a good conversation. The product and pricing is very reasonable and the selection is wide. I have never had an issue with these guys if it's broke they will fix it. Great variety of house flavors and they are not afraid to try new flavors if you have a suggestion. Rude, condescending staff (save one staff member whose name I cannot recall). I had a simple request to return a Mod that had a damaged screen and had some quirks I did not much care for, and was told, with quite a condescending demeanor, that "there's nothing we can do." Was not advised of their (lack of) return policy prior to my purchase. One time I was waiting in line to purchase something and they let other people (presumably their friends) cut right in front of me in line. This establishment can certainly use some effective customer service training Plus they're way overpriced, to boot. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!!!!! Almost everything except for the juice is fake. Terrible quality product so before you buy anything make sure you research EVERYTHING about the product you are looking for because if you don't know certain things they will look to rip you off. The mech mods were clones, the RDAs were clones that were not labeled as such, and the batteries were 100% cheap re-wraps. The store looks old and run down, with a nasty dirty couch and disgusting floor, and display cases that look like they've never been cleaned. I would def recommend going somewhere else. read more

So I walked into the store, not knowing much at all about vaporizers. I asked the clerk what he would recommend I start with. He told me to begin with the most basic model, which has a disposable battery or something. I asked him to show me exactly how it works. He briefly and very quickly told me, and put the thing together faster than my eyes or ears could comprehend. He continually walked away from me, chatting with his friends. Oh, and when my boyfriend and I first walked into the store, we were not greeted. I had to say hello to the staff and begin asking THEM questions. I took the thing home, it worked great until that night when I had to charge it. I disassembled it warily, hoping I was doing it correctly. So it charged over night. In the morning, I went to put it back together and the bottom part with the wires unscrewed and broke. I was not told that part unscrewed. So, now the thing is broken, but I got an idea. I have those Blu E-cigs, so I screwed one of those onto the part with the juice. It worked for the time being, while I had planned to return to the store that day. Then, I tried to refill the juice, and I was not shown how to do it correctly. So my carpet it stained with juice and now the apparatus did not work at all. I returned to the store. The same guy replaced the bottom part, and I asked him to show me how to fill it correctly. I leave and go home.I then attempted to charge it again. when I removed it, the Vape broke again, but in a different spot. Now it is disconnected and I have to hold it together physically with my hands to hit it. The staff is very distracted, they are not friendly- atleast not to me. Maybe because I am a woman, and I kept asking questions. I guess I was ANNOYING them. All I want to do is be able to use this thing, and I am having nothing but problems. And I do not live close to Milford. So now I have to GO BACK today and I will most certainly be asking a different clerk to assist me. Oh, and I asked for a coil, paid for it, and did not receive it. They seem like they are sedated somehow, forgetful and just plain rude. If you don't like people, then go work in a stock room. If it breaks one more time, I am insisting on getting my money back. read more
