I always have a great experience with Rise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a positive interaction with Jason on June 29 I had to mention it. My order was ready when I arrived. Jason suggested a few "specials " as well as reminding me of the money I could apply due to past purchases. The parking lot is safe, clean and convenient. The store itself is well kept. I've never had a problem with items being out of stock. I really appreciate all Rise has to offer. Kudos to Jason for being an exemplary employee. read more

Terribly run business. They allow their employees to wipe out all the inventory before it gets to the menu for the patients and customers to purchase they then lie and say they don't have product because it's the growers fault. Good luck finding anything that's not shake or extremely low percentage of THC. The employees who operate the menus, reviews, etc do not reply to peoples complaints or concerns. They do however reply to every single positive review. Which are mostly old folks who require a very minute amount of thc.​ read more

This has evolved into one of the best Dispensaries on the Shoreline. When they first opened, I found issue with over dried products at a high price. I think they finally invested in a humidor to assist at keeping sellable product as fresh as possible. My only wish is CT starts producing better quality edible product that is more versatile, like butter and cooking oils. Purchasing anything made with eggs is not my thing because of a short shelf life. Although I am now making my own butter with what I can purchase, it costs me 50% more then what I can get when in CA. I have to say that I find Bluepoint Wellness of Branford, Ct 2B the best dispensary yet! I had a small issue concerning one of their representatives and after much thought, felt it necessary that I speak up and tell another staff member of what my problem was. After speaking to Judy (behind front desk), and made her aware of my problem, I was hands down completely satisfied with her response! She handled the situation immediately and informed me that it was all set!! Well, the proof is in the pudding right? Today I met with Nick for a consult and In my very strong opinion, I learned more in that consult than I have learned in the past 2 years!!! Speaking for myself, customer service is what makes a good company/vendor an outstanding vendor or just a so-so vendor. Nick took his time and explained everything clearly.
