This has happened to me on multiple occasions. You also can't call the store directly, every call goes through a call center, this makes it difficult and frustrating when there is an issue with your order or you have a question about stock. I understand that it's easier for things to go wrong during a delivery order, but when you offer the service, you should get what you actually pay for. Buying weed shouldn't be this hard. At the end of the day, if there's a dispensary by you that delivers the products that you actually buy and you can actually call them, you got the flowery beat. Go to that one instead.

The prices are reasonable too and cheaper compared to dispensaries I've been to in Manhattan.
