I have never met nicer employees at a dispensary. I drove along way and I'm so glad I did. I actually felt I was treated like a king and was made to feel like family. I want to only go there from now on. They are knowledgeable and we're so wonderful to me Thanks to all the staff. Special thanks to " G" for his kindness and suggestions Oh I'll be back .... Big Dan

My boyfriend and I have been regular customers at The Flowery for quite some time, and I've…read morerecommended this dispensary to many people. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I can no longer do that. The employee working behind the counter questioned my 26-year-old boyfriend's ID, immediately concluded it was fake, and called the police without involving a manager or taking any reasonable steps to verify the identification first. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the employee escalated it unnecessarily. When the responding officers confirmed that his ID was completely valid, the employee's response was, "So you're not going to do anything?" Even after being proven wrong, she still appeared determined to have a paying customer arrested. That was honestly the most shocking part of the entire experience. Mistakes can happen, especially with different forms of identification such as enhanced driver's licenses. However, there is a significant difference between asking questions or involving a manager and immediately calling law enforcement while falsely accusing a customer of using a fake ID. He was treated like a criminal over a legitimate ID, and it was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely avoidable. This experience reflects a serious lack of training, professionalism, and customer service. There are too many dispensaries with knowledgeable, respectful staff to tolerate being treated this way. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I will no longer be recommending The Flowery to friends or family.

Stay far away from this dispensary if you expect customer loyalty to mean anything. I have been a…read moreloyal, high-spend customer since day one, reaching their top "Elite" tier and accumulating nearly 10,000 points through thousands of dollars in lifetime spend. Their rewards program is a calculated bait-and-switch. They heavily market "$1 = 1 point" with up to a 2.5x multiplier to incentivize continuous spending, while actively concealing the fact that you cannot redeem your points for money off your order subtotal, cash discounts, or any regulated cannabis products whatsoever. There is zero option to apply your banked balance as a discount at checkout. What makes this completely insulting is that they actively advertise 10% off real products for college students 21+ with a valid school ID, yet their highest-spending, top-tier "Elite" regulars are barred from getting a single dollar knocked off their purchases. Instead, points can only be redeemed for an arbitrary stash of cheap plastic and merchandise: they charge 1,000 points for a $19.50 rolling tray, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 500 points for a single $1.50 box of paper matches. That means spending $200 to $500 in real cash earns you a buck-fifty matchbook, with zero ability to use those points to save a single dollar on weed. When I escalated this deception directly to their manager, Domingo, I explicitly explained that I only consume high-end indoor flower and solventless concentrates. Domingo promised me that their CEO, Osbert Orduña, would personally call me, and then specifically told me: "I got you, I know what kind of smoker you are." Handing that entire bag of trash to a high-spending customer after saying "I got you" is the ultimate sign of disrespect. Instead of an executive call or honoring actual monetary point value, they dispatched an insulting "sample bag" of bottom-tier corporate vendor junk--a cheap promotional beanie, mass-market Stiiizy and Ayrloom distillate gummies, a Tune infused seltzer, a Stiiizy liquid diamond disposable vape, and a Stiiizy 40s distillate-infused pre-roll. Dumping cheap promotional sweepings, mass-produced distillate, and sprayed weed on a top-tier regular to settle thousands of dollars in spend is a complete slap in the face. When I immediately called the store back to tell them the bag was completely unacceptable and that I wanted my account permanently closed, the staff claimed Domingo wasn't there and that they had no idea when he'd be back. When I had them take a message detailing the whole issue with the bag and the points, the employee on the phone casually dismissed me with a flat "cool." Written support messages have been completely ignored since. To make matters worse, their online menu shows complete carelessness--listing solventless Rythm Tier 1 Live Rosin at an identical $47.50 flat rate to hydrocarbon BHO live resin diamonds. There are plenty of other licensed dispensaries that actually value high-spending, loyal customers without playing games with their points. Take your business elsewhere. Formal complaint submitted to the NY Office of Cannabis Management with full documentation attached.

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at…read moreyour store. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this complaint will be handled and whether the incident will be reviewed.
