Outstanding Management Accountability & True Customer Care…read moreUpdate: Updating my review from 1 star to 4, and now officially to 5 stars. After an initial credit mix-up, General Manager Ethan stepped up personally to ensure total accountability. He took full ownership, squared away the exact cash balance, and personally arranged a delivery straight to my door with a high-end care package featuring fresh Doobie Labs White Widow flower, Wizard Trees pre-rolls, and a liquid diamond infused roll. It's rare to find a dispensary that genuinely respects high-end buyers, values your time, and stands behind their word. Ethan and the team at Terp Bros completely earned back my business, and they've locked in a loyal regular for delivery.

Everyone knows CBD balances the intensity of thc. Which means a 10:5 ration would then allow for the thc effects to be stronger. Then he failed to mention I would be charged a $2 fee for using my debit card. I've never been charged a fee from a dispensary they just up charge and give you change in cash. Besides being charged I was annoyed he never said anything until I looked at my receipt and inquired. I won't come back here, it's better dispensaries in Queens by far. He purchased a blueberry the 90% ready to go pen (hope I'm saying that right). I did try it and it taste like blueberry. Its not really my thing but I can see the appeal. It made me sleepy within thirty minutes so that was pretty cool. I took a 90 min nap. To me the flavor was super smooth. It was cool that they have an app to let you do a pickup. Its great for introverts. I'm interested in coming back to try their little edibles, those seem like they would knock me out for sleep. I'm assuming $40 was a good prices for half a gram. I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at…read moreyour store. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this complaint will be handled and whether the incident will be reviewed.

Same thing. I wake up well with no side effects. I have also tried their tiny pre rolls. Love love love this brand. Ruby Farms - in love with their products with the hollow filters. Do not give that harsh burn in your throat. With that said I came here because they carry them and also because I won't go to the other place I reviewed. I've been here twice in person and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are out of stock on the Ruby Farms so the budtender recommended a different brand. Will see how that goes until I can get what I like. This place is clean. Cute. It's worth going to a place where the budtenders are familiar with what they carry and can help you find what would work for the situation you have.
