She also stated that if it was so easy to figure out that I should know how to resolve the issue myself and I told her I don't work for AT&T.But basically if you're not making a purchase in which they can receive commission off they are not interested in even attempting to help you. She then began to get very combative and argue with me. All the while the store manager was there and did nothing but smirk. Horrible customer service all around.

My granddaughter's Ipad Screen was cracked - Called to see if they can help within 40 minutes - My Granddaughter was all smiles ... Store was about to close and was kind enough to get her Ipad fixed - Also as we left the store they immediately called us back . My granddaughter had forgotten her ipad case and in that case she left some money inside which she didn't even know about . - To our surprise he had given back her money and case . There are very few people that would have not done that ...and for that I would 100 % recommend ! :) Very Happy customer . If I ever need any repairing - I know just where to go. :)
