    Do not use them for in-store pickup! I placed an order on Saturday for a phone that was in stock to…read morebe picked up on Sunday. Sunday comes and goes and I didn't get a confirmation email--not a problem. Monday mid-day comes and nothing and so I call the store and was told to come in when I came--that the order was ready. I couldn't come on Monday so I planned on stopping by on Tuesday. Tuesday comes---still no confirmation that my order was ready--so I call to make sure and was told to come in and that it wouldn't be a problem. I arrive around 5 pm and told the sales associate that I am here to pickup an order. She tells me no order exists. I offer to show my email with the order number, last name, etc.--she says no order exists. I insist that she reach out to a manager because I just called the store and was told it would be good to go. Manager never assigned the order to the sales team and so they have the start the process which includes waiting for a safe to open after 10 minutes. I agree to wait, not a problem--thank you for checking. The sales associate begins activating and processing the order---she isn't able to finish---the manager never assigned the device--so she can't do this without him. I have never witnessed a more incompetent process for a in store online order pickup. The sales associate was nice but this manager doesn't know what they are doing.
