I would rate this one star but the rep Dennis is friendly and efficient. I thought they were down the block per Waze app, I had to use Maps to find this location. The photos already posted do not reflect the actual appearance, it is way smaller. During my phone purchase, I asked for the mall but apparently you can only ship to freestanding stores. I had to wait an unnecessary long time for the customers to finish before me with their very long transactions, it would have been even longer but Dennis was kind enough to multitask. I thought Verizon's wait time was horrible before, now it's excruciating with only 2 staff members. I was told by the phone rep I could trade in the phone here, that is not true. Tip: ship trade ins to Kings Highway instead if you want a one stop shop. read more

This is not a Verizon Corporate store. Do not get any service or products here. Go to the one on Kings Highway. They will not let you know of anything to your benefit and promotions unless you mention them. If encounter any problem, Verizon can't intervene and you are on your own. I went into Verizon at 1929 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield. DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE! GO TO A CORPORATE STORE! I asked for a Samsung A50 and was told by Dennis that they were out of stock. He suggested an LG G4 and I asked him about the phone. He did say that it wasn't a current model but what he intentionally didn't tell me was that it was a crappy phone that was released in 2015 and DISCONTINUED in 2018. That was two years ago! Also, when I saw a scuff mark on the box, I asked if it was a returned phone and he said "no". He lied to me. When I got home, I made a couple of calls and sent a couple of texts. I saw the battery was at 14% so I plugged it in to charge. It took 2 and a 1/2 hours to charge from 14% to 99%. That's when I said, this is not going to work for me. I went online to research the phone. Come to find out that the long charge time was one of the 'cons'. I also read that this model was 'discontinued and forgotten'. I called Verizon twice (not the store) and was told each time that it had been discontinued and that 'certified meant that it was 'Pre-Owned'. The box didn't have plastic on it, so it looked like it was tossed and shuffled around for a couple of years. How could a sales person knowingly sell a discontinued phone??? This was a deceptive and fraudulent practice. I brought the phone back in the morning and got a full refund, probably because I wrote some scathing reviews on line that same night. Dennis couldn't look at me and tried to cover up by saying that he told me it was an older model but he DID NOT tell me that it was discontinued! And he lied, yes LIED when I asked him if it was a returned phone. So he wrote on the back of a business card that they would give me $100.00 off towards a new phone. Do they really think I will buy a phone from them again? NO WAY! Buy there at your own risk, especially if you are a woman. read more
