Top-notch customer service. The manager Dennis spent a lot of time helping me get exactly what I needed. Patient, efficient, helpful.

Had an issue with my older iPhone yesterday and it proved to be a bit frustrating. I decided that…read moreit was time to visit my service provider, to see if they could resolve this issue. I was quickly helped by Anthony, who checked my phone settings. After a quick rundown, he asked me to remove my phone out of its case. He popped out the SIM card and exclaimed that it was older than dirt! Well, not his exact words, but his facial expressions said so! He checked my credentials and then got a new SIM card for my phone. He explained that the network may take 10-15 minutes to reset my service, but I should be good to go! Well, Anthony was wrong! It only took 5 minutes and my service was back to "normal". I have to say that the store was clean and orderly, no pressure sales! It's been a while since I've had to return to a brick and mortar location. But, Anthony certainly reminded me that customer service is still king!

October 2024 I went into T-Mobile - Fairfield CT. I met a young guy Dachaun. I told him that I…read morereceived a promotion from T-Mobile that I can trade in my three iPhone 14 in and receive three new IPhone 16 phones with them paying off my phones. I also told him that I was paying $180 a month with Verizon, and I saw with this promotion that it will be $35 per line which will be approximately $150 a month with taxes etc. Dachaun agreed and said not a problem we have that promotion. Somewhere along the line he or one of his associates may have fat fingered and gave me another promotion called "keep and switch". I consistently asked him you are sure that I'm going to be only paying $150 a month and getting my 3 new phones, which he replied every single time absolutely he will take care of it. Fast forward to Dec.24 I started getting bills for $312 and then now $257. When I called Dachaun he said that T-Mobile messed up and he wanted me to lie and tell them that he did not. When I called T-Mobile they are telling me yes the program was available in October but it's no longer available right now and that I have to go back to the store because they are the ones that signed me up. Dachaun kept telling me that he's speaking to his district manager to resolve the issue and it's not a problem "trust him" he will take care of it. These people at T-Mobile speaks very fast and confuses you with a lot of options and things they want to sell you in which they never deliver. For instance, he sold me an Internet router although I told him I did not need it, and my area did not qualify. However, he said don't worry about it and he made-up a fictitious address just so I can get this router and he can get his commission. Within four or five days I brought it back because it did not work. I am pretty sure there's a lot of customers that have been taken for this ride, but this needs to stop. This classic "switch and bait" for clients and will not stop until this is resolved by T-Mobile. If there is a blog about T-Mobile doing this to clients, I would love to join. Thank you.

I put the wrong address in my GPS trying to go to another cell phone repair store, got lost, and…read moresaw this store by the side of the road and went in. My son's iPhone 5 battery had died, so I asked them to replace it - $40, which was $9 cheaper than the original place. They told me it would take 30 minutes, and 4 minutes later, it was done. So I said, hey, I have an iPhone 6 myself, the screen has a crack, how much would that be to replace? They said that the screen and LCD would be $50 - and I had been quoted $79 in Los Angeles. They said 30 minutes. While I waited, I saw a gorgeous steampunk-looking case on the wall, and asked how much that was. They said $10, so I bought it - better than surfing Amazon through 700 Hello Kitty cases to find something half as cool. 15 minutes later (not 30), he was done with my repair. He said, do you want a screen protector for your phone? I thought, hell no, I hate those bubbly plastic protectors. But he said he could put a glass one on there. I thought, no way am I going to spend $30 for that. He quoted me $10. So I got one for each phone. So in 20 minutes, and for $120, I got all of that stuff purchased and fixed on two phones. I live in Los Angeles, 2500 miles away, but I'm tempted, given their prices and kindness and speed of service, to fly back to CT the next time I have a cell phone repair.
