The photos already posted do not reflect the actual appearance, it is way smaller. During my phone purchase, I asked for the mall but apparently you can only ship to freestanding stores. I had to wait an unnecessary long time for the customers to finish before me with their very long transactions, it would have been even longer but Dennis was kind enough to multitask. I thought Verizon's wait time was horrible before, now it's excruciating with only 2 staff members. I was told by the phone rep I could trade in the phone here, that is not true. Tip: ship trade ins to Kings Highway instead if you want a one stop shop.

I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years at that store. The store had 2 customers. A wide ride, long nailed, longer lashes, purple haired sales assistant approached me, I told her my problem. She said call 611 on your phone, we cannot help you. I called and stood in the corner talking to customer service for 20 minutes with a very polite Verizon guy on the phone. I told him about my experience with the salesperson, he said give me her name, I walked over and asked her for her name, she said "why", I said "to report you to Verizon", she said "I told you to call 611, I don't have to give you my name", and turned away. Last thing I saw was her supersize caboose careening away. Yeah, I'm changing carriers.

I raced to Verizon to help me back up, they held my phone for 8 hours and said it was backed to ICloud and I was good. They were incorrect. I went to Apple the next day to help me complete what Verizon could not do and they told me "yes everything is transferring over to your new phone you are good" then sent me home. My pics were not transferring and then my phone went dead. I don't care about anything other than pics and videos of my little girl, so relaxing I may have lost all of her .. now I'm hysterical crying and went back to Apple where they turned me away because I didn't have an appointment and told me to come back in an hour. With nowhere to go I did. They then said they could not help me since the phone was dead. They could try to restore it but probably could not help me. They were right this time, they did not help me at all. This is Apple in Stamford btw if you are wondering. The girls name was Raja or something? The check in girl - nasty. I found Gabe at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk and he not only saved ALL of my data.. he sat with me for 2 hours and helped me transfer everything I wanted over to my new phone. He's patient, kind, smart and the type of person you don't come across much these days. You can trust him, I will not go anywhere else EVER again.
