I put the wrong address in my GPS trying to go to another cell phone repair store, got lost, and saw this store by the side of the road and went in. My son's iPhone 5 battery had died, so I asked them to replace it - $40, which was $9 cheaper than the original place. They told me it would take 30 minutes, and 4 minutes later, it was done. So I said, hey, I have an iPhone 6 myself, the screen has a crack, how much would that be to replace? They said that the screen and LCD would be $50 - and I had been quoted $79 in Los Angeles. They said 30 minutes. While I waited, I saw a gorgeous steampunk-looking case on the wall, and asked how much that was. They said $10, so I bought it - better than surfing Amazon through 700 Hello Kitty cases to find something half as cool. 15 minutes later (not 30), he was done with my repair. He said, do you want a screen protector for your phone? I thought, hell no, I hate those bubbly plastic protectors. But he said he could put a glass one on there. I thought, no way am I going to spend $30 for that. He quoted me $10. So I got one for each phone. So in 20 minutes, and for $120, I got all of that stuff purchased and fixed on two phones. I live in Los Angeles, 2500 miles away, but I'm tempted, given their prices and kindness and speed of service, to fly back to CT the next time I have a cell phone repair. read more

While they did a good job of repairing my iPhone, their customer service could do with some work. They took hours longer than promised to do the work; they didn't call when it done; and I couldn't get a call through to them or even leave a message because their voice mail box was full (???). I was quoted a price range for the iPhone repair (depending on frame damage etc.). My phone had no frame damage but I was charged the top of the range when I got there. After speaking to Boost telephone Support I needed a new Boost Mobile SIM chip. They said it should cost about $10.00 and suggested I go locally to get my phone back in service as fast as possible. I went to Park City Wireless on Main Street in Bridgeport. It is a nice looking store. I was told it would cost $50.00 ( a $30.00 discount ) to get the SIM card in my phone. I dropped off my phone to fix a cracked screen on July 7. They said it would take 3-5 days to fix because they didn't have the screen in stock and had to order it. I didn't hear from them after one week, so I called them back, and the rep says the part is on order and they'll have it "soon." A few days later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called back again. I had to call back for several days in a row because they claimed the technician was "not in today" or "not in right now" and they "don't know when he'll be back" and he was the only one who could check the status. On Thursday July 21 (two weeks in) I finally got an answer. The rep named Mike says they're still waiting for the part but they checked the tracking information and it should arrive Friday or Saturday, and they'll call me when it arrives. Days pass, no call. I call them multiple times on Tuesday, no answer. Wednesday morning, no answer. On Wednesday afternoon, July 27, a different rep finally answers the phone and says they're still waiting for the part but it should be here in a few days. When I press him for more information and for the tracking number so I could check the status myself, he claims he's new, still in training. Since this has now been going on for over three weeks, I decided to visit the store in person on Friday (July 29) after work. I ask about the status, and they make a big deal about asking different workers in the store. Finally, the technician PRETENDS to make a call on his cell phone, not the store phone, to check the shipping status. (Here's a tip: I can see the screen, genius. I see that it's on the home screen and you're not calling anyone!) After a few minutes of rummaging around his desk, he says, ok the part will be here on Tuesday. Again I ask for the tracking number or any confirmation of the date or shipping. Now they say there IS NO tracking number, even though they said last week that they checked the tracking! I'm not falling for that again. So I said, ok then give me my phone back. I'm going somewhere else. Total scam. read more

So I purchased an Iphone on April, 29th and decided to return it the next day because it was an iphone 7 and I thought it was an iphone 7 plus. On the boost website the iphone 7 is $179 and the iphone 7 plus is $229....and I paid $250 for the iphone 7. After trying to return the phone for the 3rd time with a supervisor with boost on the line they said they would honor their 7 day return policy but I had to go to the 2418 main st location downtown. I travel downtown and could not find the store anywhere only to try and call the store twice and no answer. Then I decide to block my number and call back and BOOM they answer! I kindly decided to just ask where is your location because I am downtown lost ( I just moved here). The guy on the line insisted on asking whom he was speaking with only to tell me they are located further from downtown and he can not tell me if he will be able to issue me a refund if I come all the way down there! For Jason the guy who sold me the phone and Nazeem who led me on a wild goose your level of customer service is outright disgusting and I will make sure to never spend or recommend your shady services EVER. read more

Although it took some time to receive my iPads back, due to the holidays I have to admit my iPads look brand new, & everything is working properly. I would not even give them a star. They are very unprofessional and sell refurbished phones that will mess up in less than 3 months. I bought an IPhone from them and paid $425. I eventually had some problems with my phone decided to then take it to apple where they told me that something was wrong internally with my iPhone they assured me that the problem was my not fault but the store I purchased from. I went back to the store to get my money back and they were lying and switching stories once I told them that I would like my money back after they sold me a refurbished and messed up phone. They refused to give me the money back and then wanted to charge me to fix the phone that they sold me. I truly will never do business with them again and they are very good at making you believe you are getting a good deal and phone when you are not. I would recommend that they be investigated for selling refurbished/fake phones. Please do not give them your money. read more
