Stopped by last week while in the area to ask about new Apple phone and Verizon offer. The sales person did not provide correct cost estimates. I later called Verizon and they provided actual costs which were a lot higher than quoted by sales person. The sales person seemed like he may be relatively new and should have asked his manager for help. read more

I was ripped off here - went to replace a broken phone and I have 5 phones on my account. I was told there were promotions that would save me money if I switched plans. That was not true - and he convinced me to take a "free" ipad as part of the promotion. He did not explain that I had to come back and return it immediately. As a result I am paying for the NOT FREE ipad as well as a monthly wireless connection fee for it. I've reached out to the attorney general to protect other people. I feel foolish that I was taken advantage of on a busy day with a broken phone. read more

This is my second visit to the Main Ave location and I have nothing but praise for their rep, Joseph Kirshner. We purchased 2 iPhone 11s and Joseph could not have been more helpful in guiding us through its new features. Didn't really intend to purchase a new phone right now but Verizon made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Really love this new incarnation and can't wait to start taking photos. Gotta say, though, even with the incentives Verizon offered, this turned out to be a costly purchase. Oh well...we'll have the phones for a few years. read more

WORST RIP OFF STORE! Went into the store since there was a promo that the workers at the store mentioned they would honor. Mentioned there was a $800 off for iPhone 6 and better trade in value for the new iPhone 12 Pro for new customers. 2 months later, come to find out they only have $400 off the new phone. Verizon customer care and the store gave me and my family the run around for 2 months. Will be leaving Verizon as soon as I pay off my phone and go to an MVNO like mint mobile. Not worth the hassle. read more

BAD BUSINESS. They rly shouldn't include 'Verizon' to their name. They price MUCH higher than the 'real' Verizon or Apple. They add plans and other services without asking. No explanation on the receipt or what I am signing up for because they are busy helping other customers at the same time. So about their 14 days of return policy? They make things so complicated and be completely rude about it when you want to return. They do not want you to return anything basically. But they have to realize, really, it's not all about money. It's about the experience. So if you try to convince a customer to not to return by offering money and more expensive phone just to do business with them? Oh no, NOT cool. Although they finally accepted the device, they did not take any responsibility in giving me the full $ paid to them. Thankfully I had the 'real' Verizon support who kindly helped me with full attention. I seriously doubt about any clarity on how they run their business. I should have never gone to this store. Never! So if you ever think about going into this one, please save yourselves from any trouble. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I went into upgrade my phone, from a 6 to an 11. I have been shopping from this Verizon store for the past 6 years. My phone fell and broke so I just wanted to get a new one and was up for an upgrade. The salesperson behind the counter- Jeff assisted me. Well, I was offered and "given" all these extra items at a discount or free as I was told. Jeff offered me an ipad for $200 at a discount, a free cover for the phone, and all these amazing extras. I was adamant that all I wanted was a new phone and I should be entitled to some upgrade discount as I have been receiving texts from Verizon on these discounts. I was completely robbed and totally misinformed/LIED to. I made it perfectly clear that I didn't want or need to pay extra for all these items. The salesperson, Jeff was speaking so fast and completely assuring me I was receiving this amazing deal that he was offering. 24 hours later, I review my future bill and the items Jeff offered me and the price, I was almost $1200 in the hole with all these extras I did not want. I had to spend hours of my time with Verizon's customer service to remove and return all this nonsense and the lies. Seriously, all lies and misleading. The worst service EVER. I had to go back to return the items I never wanted to begin with and Jeff met me with hostility. I called him out and he decided to insult me instead. NEVER GO IN THERE. I am in sales and would never treat any consumer in such a veiled misleading manner. I am so unnerved I plan on switching carriers based off this experience from the store to customer service. I have been with Verizon for over a decade and this isn't the only service in town, there are other companies to compete with. Disgusting from the store to the company itself. read more

Amazing amazing customer service! Tyrone and Andrew went above and beyond to help my family and I switch from AT&T and get new iPhones. In the past I've always had not great experiences with Verizon when it comes to customer service but Tyrone and Andrew definitely redeemed me on this. If you are looking for phone help, switching to Verizon, coming to this specific branch is totally worth it! I was having problems retrieving my contact list on my Apple IPhone 11 - worried that it was gone. completely. I visited the Main St store and was helped initially by Jack but also got his colleagues Chris and Elizabeth to help - successfully finding it , run diagnostic check and give me some tips on how to better charge my phone. Went in because my phone glass was shattered. My contract was up in four months and I was planning on getting a new phone anyway. Steve, the sales associate, walked me through the process of getting a new phone. I was able to sell my cracked phone to bring the cost of my old phone down. It wasn't paid off yet. I was then issued an IPhone 7 and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. The entire process took about 45 minutes. My phone needed to be backed up and everything was transferred. We didn't even know the store was there and we will not be going anywhere else ever again. The people were nice. We had a problem, and they fixed it. Customer service in a nutshell. read more

Total crooks. They sold my wife an iPhone 6 for the same price as the (already available) 6s, and they lied about Verizon's contract policies. This store (actually a franchise of Wireless Zone) is not a real Verizon Store, but an independent entity with an exclusive deal to sell Verizon products and services. Thankfully, a representative at Verizon was able to undo all of their changes and authorize a return in a snap. Do not go to this dilapidated, insect infested hole (not joking). read more

Jimmy was awesome and did everything he could to help both my wife and I upgrade our phones and our account. He hooked us up with many extras and got the job done really well. We had a great time dealing with all the staff at this store. I would recommend that everyone go here instead of the regular Verizon store. read more

We went in with a damaged phone. Sabrina was so helpful and friendly. She determined that we could upgrade at no additional cost. She actually found ways to lower our monthly payment. We'll definitely go back and work with her again sometime in the future. read more
