Sad to see that so many other people have had negative experiences at this store and with Shannon, but I had a wonderful experience. Today we went into the store with a unique issue (fraud related) and was told by telephone customer service to go to our nearest T-Mobile retailer to have it taken care of. We were greeted by two employees, but due to the complexity of the situation were taken care of by the store manager Shannon. Despite this being outside the realm of what is typically dealt with in a retail location Shannon's went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with this issue and get us as much information as possible. I love that she didn't mess around, rush us, try to talk around the issue, or dismiss us. She was kind, professional and to the point. I am truly grateful for her help and for her hard working team that continued to work the long line while we dealt with this odd issue. I would highly recommend this location. Great customer service. Any complaints about the trade in procedure - those are complaints at the corporate level. The store does what it can and the staff are helpful in every way possible. Don't go here. They tried ripping me off, and yes I'm upset. They tried taking 3 iPhones $830 trade in each when they weren't suppose to do to begin with. I was switching over from AT&T and it's suppose to be $830 credit for each new line. So they don't even need my old phones. And they activated new lines with temporary numbers and sent me to another location to get the iPhones they didn't have in stock. When I got to the other location they said they weren't supposed to do that. This Manor location just wanted the sale. The manager of Pville location tried calling the manor location asking why they did that and they just hung up so she called corporate on them and transferred all info to their location and started the whole process. DONT GO HERE! They were probably trying to keep my old phones to themselves too. read more

The lady that was working today (4/6/25 @ 1:30pm) told me that she could not help me with my upgrade in store unless I have money for the phone in cash. I'm pretty sure she just didn't want to help me because the T-Mobile store in Pflugerville said that they could help me in store with the upgrade process & pay via credit card. I think the representative at this T-Mobile store in Manor just didn't want to work today and help me with the upgrade process. She didn't look too happy. So I'm driving to the Pflugerville T-Mobile store that will be happy to help me. read more

Worst store to go to . I always go to the one on Parmer but since it was close to home I was like just go here regards of the reviews . No no I should have gone with my gut feeling . Well I was charged twice on my credit card and now I am giving the round around . I was suppose to get a call from Shannon on Friday and nothing yet . So annoyed . Didn't appreciate she told me this happened before and it took 5 months to resolve I am not waiting five months for something they did wrong . Smh don't go to this store . The employees working in this store are rude, dismissive, and go out of their way to not have to do their job. I pay an extra fee on my bill to be able to replace broken screen protectors, and this store claims they only keep "the latest versions" of products on hand so since I have an iPhone 13 and not a 15 there is nothing that can be done..? Then when inquiring about trading in an Apple Watch I get told they "Don't accept accessory's as trade ins". All it took was a brief phone call to their corporate office to find out the employees in this store were lying... Save yourself the time and headache of ever going into this location and just call a toll free number. You'll get taken care of 10 times faster. read more

The store manager, a woman named Shannon customer service was poor, and dismissive. On top of the fact that had she not been so dismissive and done her job a little she herself would've realized she gave me incorrect information, like the tmoblie agent that handled my compl about her. My family and I won't be back, l'd rather driver clear across town for better customer service than to deal with her, that's for sure. read more

Went in to see if I could switch phones between phone numbers on my plan. The girl working there, kept telling me I had to change plans, I was no longer authorized to have an extra line on my account because I was Sprint and now I have to be T-Mobile. Told me I couldn't switch the phones then said I may be able to but could not surrender the new phone to upgrade to a better one even though I agreed to pay the difference and had the phone for only a few months. She was condescending, rude, and ignorant of her job. Will never go there again! So disappointed. read more

This is going to be a long critique. I first went in this store in October2021 to change our wireless provider. The service provided was a 4hour journey to change to their company. Come to find out after I went to change the service, I had to wait until Jan2022 because I had bought my phone through them. My husband's phone was transferred. We were assuming since we mentioned it all through the procedure that he uses his phone for very little that he would be on a basic plan. My fault I did not question the salesperson again, because he was signed up for the most services on a plan. They were very ,I won't say sneaky, but they charged us in to two payments a month. I looked at the first and never checked back. My fault. This Monday when I knew my phone could be changed we went to the place in Ring Rd and the only salesperson there told us he could not help until I got an email from. Boost saying my phone was released and did I know I might be without a phone up to 72 hours before I was to come back in. I left not really satisfied. I decided to call TMobile and within 20 minutes I am all set just waiting for my SIM card in the mail which should be Friday. I am told I might have a delay in service maybe an hour. I do not have to do deal with my former carrier Boost in any way.because he had taken care of all that needed to be done. So in a word they lied because they didn't want to do the release from Boost. We worked with three different people in that store and no one could figure how to help me. I am looking forward to being a TMobile customer, but my advice just do it over the phone 611. I will never set foot in there store again. read more
