Then grunted a hello. I asked if he could help me with a problem I had with my phone. He immediately got in my face telling me I had no clue what I was talking about. I informed him that I was sent by corporate to his specific store to help me. I asked if he would consider checking again- with corporate as I was advised. He snipped back saying I was rude and threatened to call the police and get out of his store. I gladly obliged. Customer service is non existent at this store. I would not recommend this store ever. Metro by T-Mobile needs to look into his business.

Well, 9 miles from DOWNTOWN Santa Fe (the capitol of the State of New Mexico...that's in America) we are virtually cut off from the rest of the world, when it comes to communications. There is no cable. There is no DSL. There are no wireless signals. We are only 9 miles from town but cutoff from the world. So, I thought. Then I found Roger. I found Roger thru Google (when I was at Starbucks). I sent him an email and explained the situation. He responded in just a few minutes. Within 24 hours Roger presented several alternative options including T1, T3, fiber and cable. I had a preconceived bias towards cable (speed and bundled services). Roger got a major cable company (who would not respond to my own requests) to design and estimate burying cable to our location. I passed on the $382,000 cost. So, Roger organized a number of T1 and T3 bids for us. We are up and running on a dedicated T1 and it is great to be part of the real world again. Roger made this happen. He has the connections. He has the knowledge. And, he is a bulldog when it comes to getting things done. As the telecom manager at the T1 company said to me, "Roger is a great partner." So true. So true. I learned a long time ago to use professionals when there is heavy lifting to do. That includes lawyers, accountants, consultants and Roger! We are pleased and recommend him without hesitation.

Where do I start? Cal Net bought out Internet Planet and promised more bandwidth and charged more…read moremoney. During the six weeks we had them as our provider we had down time with no service for 5-6 hours daily between 9 am and 6 pm on average on most days. I kept a log of how many times I called for technical help; it was 22 times in six weeks! The on call technician always told me that they showed no problem on their end but someone would call me back to further investigate. Only once was I called back and they were unable to provide us with a connection. Too much frustration for a household with kids trying to do homework and people just trying to rely on a consistent service. It was a happy day when I cancelled. We ended up going with Starlink for less money and have had zero issues since.
