I liked the fact Tom performed an initial walkthrough with me, listened to the requirements I had, and made a suggestions that I incorporated. Tom discussed the strategy for trimming the trees with his crew and during the work, his crew in turn also consulted with each other to ensure the best results were implemented. Tom's crew was efficient and friendly, cleaning up the walkways and street of all remaining debris. When the work was completed, the crew asked me to perform another walkthrough to confirm everything was completed. I have future work planned and have already asked Tom to review and submit a bid. The company certainly made an awesome first impression!

We had a tiny level area with a narrow, dated walkway of aggregate concrete. The vegetation was mostly dead ground cover on a steep slope...not useful in any way. The process was great, since I had a limited budget, I was very keen to get the biggest bang while managing my funds, Adam was very helpful with this in explaining the impacts of different choices and trade-offs. I purchased a stand alone water feature to save money and it was worked into the plantings with a lovely result. We had stone retaining walls installed, including a large stone bench, and a paver patio in decomp granite. Now, the entry looks inviting, lush and we have plenty of room to enjoy the shade of the oaks and arriving guests. Alex and his crew were efficient, careful, communicative, quick and courteous…read more Alex met with me to discuss the project, which entailed installing a drainage system, removing a tree stump, building a retaining wall and replacing some dangerous steps with new safer ones. He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Paradise View to anyone!
