He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone.
