We mapped out a route we thought would avoid any existing pipes or power lines, but while trenching with his mini excavator, Charlie discovered critical water and sewer lines in an unexpected area. Despite working with heavy machinery, he exposed the lines cleanly without damaging anything. Charlie then went above and beyond by pointing out a pre-existing issue with the pipes that could have been problematic for us down the line.
