On top of that, they're just good down-to-earth people. We hired them last spring to re-roof our home, replace some rotted eaves and fascia and replace our old solar system (it was inefficient and malfunctioned quite a bit). We are very happy with what we got for the price we paid, it was a good value. It looks so much better than it did before and is consistently producing more energy. I feel like they helped us make the right decisions through the whole process, especially for system size to be able to keep our NEM1 status. The new roof looks great and works really well. I waited almost a year to write this review to make sure there wasn't any water intrusion during the winter storms - not a drop anywhere. They were in the mid-high range in pricing on the bids we got, but I'm happy we spent a little more went with them. Can a roof be sexy? Ours sure is. I called to get an estimate and was assisted by Alejandro. He scheduled a date that worked best for me to come out for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish. After they were done, they sent me the after photos with the invoice. The roof looks brand new after the cleaning. I am so glad I found them on Yelp. They are easy to work with and professional in all areas. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.
