Freschi came in and fixed the several patches on the concrete part of our driveway (using rebar!) and put in a beautiful asphalt "apron". We have had so many compliments from neighbors "now your place really does look like an estate", etc.! Freschi's team is professional, honest and has integrity and they were wonderful in communicating the various steps to expect throughout the whole process (from Shirley in the office to the team on site). We chose them because previously, we had them put in a beautiful rock retaining wall and repair some other sections of our concrete driveway that were in need of repair. We highly recommend them and if, in the future, we were to need remodeling work, we'd choose them for that as well! We had turf installed on both of our side yards and couldn't be happier! The overall process took about 2 days! That was it! Both side yards leveled, turf installed and a little bit of concrete in a matter of days! Rob's crew is incredibly efficient and do an amazing job. I cant believe we didn't have this done sooner. Our dogs even love the turf, I often find them lounging on it in the sun. Worried about pet waste on the turf? So was I, until I talked to Rob. He made sure there was enough drainage and even topped the turf with a pet odor eliminator and we have not had any issues. Even with the past winter storms, we never had an issue with water retention, everything drained incredibly well. We will be having more concrete done, extending out the drive way and cant wait to work with Rob again.

I just bought this house and I wanted it ready for my mom to move into. Alex did a FANTASTIC job and finished the job on time. Alex and his crew were efficient, careful, communicative, quick and courteous…read more Alex met with me to discuss the project, which entailed installing a drainage system, removing a tree stump, building a retaining wall and replacing some dangerous steps with new safer ones. He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Paradise View to anyone!

We asked that they come to fill holes, repair and slurry our driveway. We came home to less than desirable outcome. I did notify them, they did come out promptly to fix the problems. We are still not happy with their work. There are lots of cracked depressions, big swirl marks - not smooth! There are long spots that were just completely missed.
