Grady was quick to respond to all questions and emails. He made time to come out for a quote within just a couple days of us reaching out, and he was extremely professional and patient with our many questions. Once we decided to have the work done, Grady and his team came out the next week to start and finish it. All three gentlemen were professional, personable, dedicated, and hard-working; I'm not even sure they took a break the entire time they were at our house. We had a great experience with Wray's Landscaping. Our project consisted of a variety of landscaping needs. Removal of concrete, overgrown bushes, small trees, small tree stumps, and old bark. Planting a variety of plants and trees and adding river rock to all planting areas. Installation of grass and adding to and modifying the existing irrigation layout. And finally, adding a paver step walkway. Wray's Landscaping not only tackled all areas of the project, but also exceeded our expectations. Prior to the start of the project, we reached out to get quotes from multiple landscapers, Grady was the only person to follow up, after providing a quote, with ideas, suggestions and examples. He also offered the most reasonable pricing. Grady was always available and answered emails and texts promptly when we had questions or requested changes to the project and materials used. When the project started, Grady and his brother always arrived on time and before they left for the day, made sure the project areas were clean and organized. They made great strides in progress daily. Grady and his brother were very detailed oriented and meticulous throughout the entire project. On the last day of the project, Grady and his brother pressure washed and cleaned the entire area. We were thrilled with how the finished project turned out. Grady's highly disciplined work ethic and enthusiasm for what he does is reflected in his ability to transform an overgrown mess into something extraordinary. read more

Grady and his crew did our landscape renovation using a design from another architect. He and his crew were punctual, efficient, and respectful, and the result was excellent. This job included building a retaining wall, installing two areas of artificial turf, nearly 100 plants, new drip irrigation system, and landscape lighting. The crew showed up every morning at 8:00 AM, plus or minus about 30 seconds! They kept the area as neat as possible, stayed out of our way, and cleaned up very well before leaving each day. We recommend this company without reservation. read more

I highly recommend Wray Landscape Construction, Grady and his dedicated and hardworking crew for your next project. I reached out to 4 different contractors for their proposals to grade, level and construct a retaining wall needed for a new shed. Among them, Grady stood out as responsive, competitive, listened to our ideas while maintaining a low-pressure approach. With a background in engineering and project management, I was impressed by the detailed scope of services, professionalism, exceptional communication, integrity, excellent work ethic and quality work. Grady will be the first person I contact to complete the next phase of our backyard landscaping. Thank you Grady and team. read more

We are thrilled with Grady and his crew at Wray Landscapes! Grady was able to take our ideas and vision and make it a reality! From the hardscape design to picking the right flowers, he was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Our yard needed a major overhaul due to some serious crab grass over growth. They were very efficient and hardworking. He and his crew worked for 6 business days from 8-5 in the heat to get our project completed. Here's what the project included: Demolition and excavation, dumping service, paver steps construction, installation of basalite paver steps, retaining wall construction, gravel backfill and irrigation installation, ran drip tubing to plants, laid down weed fabric and bend board installation, plant installation, mulch and bark installation. We love how it turned out! Thanks for the curb appeal Grady and crew!!! read more

We found Wray Landscapes on another social media site which revealed superior recommendations. We scheduled an appointment to cover what we envisioned for our fairly large backyard last May. Our previous landscaper had let it go completely to weeds. We had hoped that we could immediately get started with the work, but Grady suggested strongly waiting until the fall. We reluctantly agreed and suffered with a dirt backyard all summer, but were convinced this was the correct recommendation. We recontacted Grady the beginning of October and he set us up on his calendar for the later in the month. Grady arrived the first day, by himself, with his equipment and singlehandedly put the entire yard back into the proper topography and hauled away the scrapings. The next day Grady arrived with his assistants and they proceeded to distribute the topsoil to prepare the the yard for sod. An all day project in itself. Saturday morning, Grady and crew arrived and by late afternoon had laid down nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of sod with our meandering pattern. There was a slight shortage, about 10 rolls. Grady apologized and explained that he would hopefully be able to retrieve the remaining rolls and install on Monday. He arrived around 10 am Monday, sod in hand and completed the job in a timely manner. Additionally, Grady recommended that we replace our weathered sprinkler heads and we agreed. All sprinklers were replaced, set and scheduled on our existing timer. Grady's professional installation, competitive quote, and timely service also included detailed instructions for proper watering, future seeding and other instructions including fertilization. We believe you would be hard pressed to find another landscaping contractor that possess the knowledge, work ethic and integrity of Grady Wray from Wray Landscaping! Thank you Grady! read more

We have nothing but good to say about Grady, Zac and their crew. Grady was so patient and knowledgeable and helped us create a plan that worked for our space. The job consisted of removing the old grass and irrigation in our backyard and replacing it with pavers, artificial turf, mulch and new irrigation to new and existing plants. There was so much attention to detail. The pavers are beautiful and the turf is perfect. We Love our new backyard! It was also such a pleasure working with them! The project was well thought out and organized and we were always kept us informed. They were here every morning at 8 am, working so hard, even in the heat of the day. We would highly recommend Wray Landscape to anyone. read more

Only superlatives apply to the experience we had working with Grady Wray and his A+ team. From the outset Grady proved to be incredibly organized, communicative, knowledgeable, responsive to our needs, and always asking for input and feedback. Moreover, besides being the consummate professional, Grady happens to be the most personable and easy going guy which made the undertaking very pleasurable. The crew was amazing, super hard-working, pleasant and respectful and always left the work space neat, clean and tidy at days' end. Bottom line...our vision of a beautiful low maintenance landscape in our front yard, side yard and behind our pool has been fully realized. We just had Wray Landscapes complete a palm tree removal and trim project. We couldn't be happier with the job, from beginning to end. Grady was extremely responsive, fit us in within a few days of our contacting him and completed the job for a price far less than other quotes. He was also very knowledgeable about palm trees and, since we never had palm trees before moving to our new house, provided a much needed education on their care and upkeep. We will definitely be using Wray Landscapes for our upcoming landscape needs! read more

I had Grady come out and take a look at some major sprinkler issues I was having in the backyard. He quickly came out and provided a reasonable estimate, free of charge. I ended up expanding the scope of the repair and asked Grady what it would cost to set up a brand new irrigation system in the backyard. The work entailed setting up two zones - the first zone with 7 sprinkler heads offering full coverage of the lawn, and the second zone was a drip system that was set up in 3 perimeter areas. The job required a full day of work and the total cost was $1,400. I felt like the cost was in line with the quality of work, and though I may have been able to pay less elsewhere, Grady excellent work and was honest, thoughtful, and a patient communicator. Throughout the course of our communication, Grady provided educational YouTube links to videos that I could easily reference in the future. He provided advice on other things in the yard well beyond the work he was hired to do - e.g. pruning fruit trees, tree removal, and retaining wall advice and plumbing. I would recommend Grady to anyone looking for efficient, quality landscape and irrigation work that's priced fairly. It felt good to support this young, local, hard-working business owner. read more

Prompt quote scheduling. Arrived on time and professional. Showing the yard after the sunset with flashlights was not ideal. After spending almost an hour showing around and talking about the project of fixing terrace stairs, placing lawn and edging, and arbor with concrete work it was clear it was not a project they were excited about. I felt less excited about my project too when most sentences started with "The issue about that is...". We were notified via email next day about not being in scope and I appreciate that it included alternative companies to contact. read more

From start to finish Grady and his crew were great to work with for our backyard landscaping. After having several estimates done, my husband and I decided to choose Grady. When he came over to do our estimate, he was professional, down to earth, and gave us constructive feedback on ideas we had for our backyard project. He was very knowledgeable about various types of shrubs and trees, especially fruit trees. He got our estimate back to us in a timely manner. The estimate was done thoroughly and thoughtfully. Grady took the time to list every price as well as sending us several pictures of trees, shrubs, and smaller plants for our project. During the process of landscaping the backyard, Grady and his crew were on time, professional, easy to work with, very clean, and experienced/knowledgeable. We were really happy with how they set up our new irrigation and drip system to all of our trees, shrubs, and raised garden beds. Grady communicated well with us about any important issues & questions that came up during the process. They worked hard to get our project finished in a week and left our backyard looking amazing! We wanted to support a local business and decided to hire Wray Landscapes to do some updating of our yard. Grady met with us for a consultation to go over the project. He was great at giving us ideas and also told us why he did not recommend doing certain things. Grady was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He recommended a list of plants that would fit our space (gets lots of shade) and sent photos to assist with our selection process. He also recommended we contact an arborist about tending to some possible tree issues. Grady and his crew arrived on time and he stayed in communication with me throughout the day. They replaced some plants in the front yard and added new ones, installed new mulch in the front and back yards, and repaired some irrigation issues. They completed the project in one day with an additional hour the following day to finish the mulch installation. We are very happy with the results. I couldn't recommend Wray Landscapes enough. First Grady came out to give an estimate on having drainage, drip irrigation and landscaping installed. He is so passionate about the work he does, we were probably talking for over an hour. Usually if I get quotes for anything, the people are in and out, but not Grady. He took his time to really figure out what I needed. After his initial visit he answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them, he also sent me a bunch of pictures of various plants that we could use for our landscaping. His customer service is unmatched, so needless to say I hired him for the job. The job took only 3 days to complete and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. After the job was completed, he left my place cleaner than it was before he started. He even came back the following day after the work was completed, to check and make sure everything was all good. If you are looking for someone to do your landscaping, irrigation, drainage, and much more, then call Grady with Wray Landscapes, you won't be disappointed. read more

Wray Landscapes is fantastic. They did a complete lawn revive on our lawn that was looking a little tired and bare in some spots - all at a very fair price. They were thorough, on time, and followed up. Grady and his brother are such hard workers and I couldn't be happier. I've gone through a few landscapers and were disappointed with their lack of responsiveness. NOT the case with Grady. I HIGHLY recommend Wray Landscapes and would give them 10 stars if I could!!! read more

On time, honest, hard-working, great results! Fantastic from beginning to end. I called them because I wanted a quote on replacing my front lawn with new grass. ItI had several huge dead spots and tons of weeds. I was thinking it would be around $1500 to 2000. But I really wasn't sure. Grady came out on time and told me he thought there was a cheaper way that would yield similar results. Instead of resodding he dethatched and airated my lawn and reseeded and did some other things. He did all of that for $500, instead of the $1500-$2000 I told him I was expecting to spend. Who does that today? The lawn looks fantastic! He was 100% right. He was on time and did a fantastic job. I cannot highly recommend him enough!!!! read more
