He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Paradise View to anyone!

I had a different tree company cut down some trees that were damaged during the huge snow storm…read more Unfortunately, they damaged a previously very healthy 80'-100' pine tree in my front yard, when another tree they felled, hit the pine, scraping a section (about 1.5' x 12' from the base up) of the bark completely off, exposing the cambium. This was the last tree in this area of my front yard and I REALLY want it to live, so I reached out to the folks on Nextdoor for help and Zeno came highly recommended. I left a message and Zeno called me, after hours, that same day. He spent over 20min on the phone with me, explaining various options (there were many), I had to help the tree heal and what to expect. It's VERY obvious that Zeno loves trees and he's extremely knowledgeable about their care. My "regular" maintenance guy couldn't make it to service my yard and I had really important guests coming over that weekend. I called around all the other landscape maintenance guys in the Auburn area, and they all pretty much laughed at me saying that nobody would service my yard in such short notice.. I was beginning to lose hope and made one final call to MV Maintenance and spoke with Willis(very professional BTW)... He told me he was backed up the whole day with clients and said to me that he'll see if he could squeeze me in later in the day.. So I waited anxiously thinking that he was just giving me the run-around like all the guys had done prior.. Time was definitely of the essence and I began to panic.. Sure enough, Willis and his crew pulls up and saved the day.. They began repairing the broken sprinkler that my neighbor had ran over the week before and cleaned up my yard, exceeding all of my expectations..
