The massive tree was broken in half with heavy limbs on the road but still standing on my property. The limbs blocked the road and they responded within 30 minutes. They had to figure how to get to it with a tricky climb and dangerous cut as it was angling downward, the broken part hanging on to the tree with heavy strands of wood. So, no straight cut to down it. They expertly handled this and cut it up to the applause of the stranded motorists. The best part is they cleaned up all debris which was above and beyond what was expected. I of course recommend these heroes over any one else.

I had a different tree company cut down some trees that were damaged during the huge snow storm…read more Unfortunately, they damaged a previously very healthy 80'-100' pine tree in my front yard, when another tree they felled, hit the pine, scraping a section (about 1.5' x 12' from the base up) of the bark completely off, exposing the cambium. This was the last tree in this area of my front yard and I REALLY want it to live, so I reached out to the folks on Nextdoor for help and Zeno came highly recommended. I left a message and Zeno called me, after hours, that same day. He spent over 20min on the phone with me, explaining various options (there were many), I had to help the tree heal and what to expect. It's VERY obvious that Zeno loves trees and he's extremely knowledgeable about their care. If I ever need future pruning, tree removal or an expert opinion on the health/viability of any tree on my property, I wouldn't hesitate to call on Zeno!
