Her solution......She wasn't going to charge ME for the embroidery on that ONE top! Really? I asked if she could at least stitch over the hole, but she would not take responsibility in any way. It was like trying to reason with a 5 year old! The shirt was $20.00. All she had to do was credit me for the embrodiory on 4 tops and all would have been well. I should have asked what the price difference would be. $7.50 per page! $441+tax! A difference of $367.50!! That's the price difference. You'd think that they would disclose this info when they asked as that is a significant upcharge! (Black and white printed plans are $1.50 per page) The only thing that was in color on these emailed plans was the red stamp on every page that says "job copy". A little bit of red on each page. Sprinkler plan had a little yellow. Out of 49 pages and I was charged $9 per page! I realize that I should have inquired on price but my god, I can't help but feel I was taken advantage of! Will not be giving them my business again. SHADY! Beware! Not to mention, these employees, or owners, whatever they are, have zero personality. Don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They don't even look up. They seem miserable. The man that walked in a minute after me (whom they seemed to know) was greeted before me - the man had to tell them that I was there first, but they knew that.

And even if it's going to be a very expensive mistake they would rather make the mistake than simply check with you. The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too. An older lady had sent in an order of 100 invitations on Monday that needed to be sent out and they weren't done! It was Friday! And they had called and told her to come pick them up! I felt really bad for her. On top of it all they were really rude to me (not the older lady) and it felt very unprofessional. I've mentioned this to a couple friends later and they ALL SAID THE SAME THING! "They messed up my print job and then made me pay for it". This is a locally owned business in a community that is rapidly growing and WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! Time to get it together, guys. UPDATE. Actually I was going to delete my review because it doesn't feel good leaving a bad review in a small town but after owner responded, I'm leaving it. In my opinion Courtney, the only respectable thing to say is, -- "I'm sorry you had such a bad experience printing with us. We make mistakes sometimes and since it seems like numerous people experience us making mistakes that could have maybe been avoided, I feel strongly we need to figure out a better way to do things. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We don't want this to happen to you or anyone else. Even though it's hard to hear bad reviews, we value our customers and we take this as an opportunity to do better. We certainly hope you'll give us a chance in the future." Learn how to be accountable. It will help all your relationships, business and personal. Your attitude and how I was treated in the shop is the reason I will never print with you again. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, that's normal. It's how we treat each other that matters.

Our septic company wanted over $1,000 to replace it, so we figured if it was going to cost that much, we might as well choose a longer-lasting option--concrete lids. Because our tank is poured-in-place concrete (not a precast tank), the lids had to be made in a custom shape using the measurements and drawing we provided. Merrill & Sons charged only a couple hundred dollars more than the original quote to make the lids from scratch and deliver them once they had cured, which took a few weeks. The new lids fit perfectly and have standard access holes, so we won't have to dig and scrape every five years to get the tank pumped. From start to finish, Merrill & Sons were great to work with.
