Well I contacted "Brian" and he complained about being overwhelmed by Groupon responses so I said it would be OK to send my order after January 1, 2012. It is now February 1 and after multiple voicemails and emails, I have not heard a word from this business. Looks like it will have to be small claims court as much as I hate the hassle. BEWARE of this business! The sad thing is that they are still offering the deal on the "Steal the Deal" website. This was a photo I had taken of my mother-in-law's ancestor who was a samurai. The photo was taken with a point-and-shoot. We photoshopped it a little and sent it off. There was a problem with the file and I received a call from Brian who explained what I needed to do. I fixed it and uploaded again. A week later, I received a package in the mail. I was so pleased with the quality of their work. It was beautiful and looked like a work of art (not just a photograph). In fact, I think it looked better than the original scroll which had water damage on it.
