Well this business seems to be taking advantage of Groupon and other discount sites…read more I purchased my Groupon in June of 2011 and then tried to set up a print delivery via the internet website in early December 2011. Well I contacted "Brian" and he complained about being overwhelmed by Groupon responses so I said it would be OK to send my order after January 1, 2012. It is now February 1 and after multiple voicemails and emails, I have not heard a word from this business. Looks like it will have to be small claims court as much as I hate the hassle. BEWARE of this business! The sad thing is that they are still offering the deal on the "Steal the Deal" website. Brian might have been reliable in the past as others have attested, but certainly cannot be counted on these days. Not even a phone call or explanation is unacceptable.

I wasn't familiar with a local service and only knew of large online services like Kodak Gallery…read more I used their website and it was so easy to upload the digital file. This was a photo I had taken of my mother-in-law's ancestor who was a samurai. The photo was taken with a point-and-shoot. We photoshopped it a little and sent it off. There was a problem with the file and I received a call from Brian who explained what I needed to do. I fixed it and uploaded again. A week later, I received a package in the mail. I was so pleased with the quality of their work. It was beautiful and looked like a work of art (not just a photograph). In fact, I think it looked better than the original scroll which had water damage on it. I'm looking forward to using their services again and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a unique way to display their photographs!

A woman employee in a red SUV sped up very fast and aggressively toward our car, then jumped out and confronted us, claiming we were in "employee parking." When we asked where the sign was, she admitted there wasn't one. Her tone was unnecessarily hostile, and the entire interaction was completely unprovoked. We were simply sitting in an empty lot drinking our coffee and chatting for a few minutes before businesses opened. We had planned to come here to get a banner made, but after this encounter we'll be taking our business elsewhere. This behavior from an employee is unacceptable and left a very negative impression of the store.

And even if it's going to be a very expensive mistake they would rather make the mistake than simply check with you. The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too. An older lady had sent in an order of 100 invitations on Monday that needed to be sent out and they weren't done! It was Friday! And they had called and told her to come pick them up! I felt really bad for her. On top of it all they were really rude to me (not the older lady) and it felt very unprofessional. I've mentioned this to a couple friends later and they ALL SAID THE SAME THING! "They messed up my print job and then made me pay for it". This is a locally owned business in a community that is rapidly growing and WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! Time to get it together, guys. UPDATE. Actually I was going to delete my review because it doesn't feel good leaving a bad review in a small town but after owner responded, I'm leaving it. In my opinion Courtney, the only respectable thing to say is, -- "I'm sorry you had such a bad experience printing with us. We make mistakes sometimes and since it seems like numerous people experience us making mistakes that could have maybe been avoided, I feel strongly we need to figure out a better way to do things. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We don't want this to happen to you or anyone else. Even though it's hard to hear bad reviews, we value our customers and we take this as an opportunity to do better. We certainly hope you'll give us a chance in the future." Learn how to be accountable. It will help all your relationships, business and personal. Your attitude and how I was treated in the shop is the reason I will never print with you again. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, that's normal. It's how we treat each other that matters.
