I could not give them a better review. I worked in print for 10 years as well. The challenges with printing can be hard to manage. Last week Liz showed up with a physical mockup because the interior panel of my map folded brochure seemed imposed wrong in her opinion. She fixed something that I didn't address and improved the piece by just double checking everything for me with that mockup. I'm so grateful for them and will continue to use them for everything!

Ordered some custom boots through these guys. Long story short... the boot company had terrible…read morecustomer service and the boots took far longer than expected. Lindsey maintained communication with me the whole time to let me know every time she was trying to contact them for updates. Once the boots arrived, surprise surprise, they had something wrong with them. I called the store and after they went back and forth with the boot makers, they are going to get me another new pair. Even though the boot makers sucked throughout the process, the store (Lindsey most of the time) made sure they did whatever they could to help fix the shitty situation.

First and foremost she charged $250.00 for patches that everyone else would charge $116.00. But we thought she had a good reputation so why not. When we got the vest back all the patches were crooked, in addition to that she put the MC and LE backwards. Again ok, we all make errors. Where things get ridiculous is when we went back to show her, her mistakes she flat out refused to fix the completely obvious mistakes!! I am not joking, flat out refused! If you are looking for a great alterations I would suggest finding someone else as this lady who works there is a completely ridiculous owner who should not be in business.

Well this business seems to be taking advantage of Groupon and other discount sites…read more I purchased my Groupon in June of 2011 and then tried to set up a print delivery via the internet website in early December 2011. Well I contacted "Brian" and he complained about being overwhelmed by Groupon responses so I said it would be OK to send my order after January 1, 2012. It is now February 1 and after multiple voicemails and emails, I have not heard a word from this business. Looks like it will have to be small claims court as much as I hate the hassle. BEWARE of this business! The sad thing is that they are still offering the deal on the "Steal the Deal" website. Brian might have been reliable in the past as others have attested, but certainly cannot be counted on these days. Not even a phone call or explanation is unacceptable.

I wasn't familiar with a local service and only knew of large online services like Kodak Gallery…read more I used their website and it was so easy to upload the digital file. This was a photo I had taken of my mother-in-law's ancestor who was a samurai. The photo was taken with a point-and-shoot. We photoshopped it a little and sent it off. There was a problem with the file and I received a call from Brian who explained what I needed to do. I fixed it and uploaded again. A week later, I received a package in the mail. I was so pleased with the quality of their work. It was beautiful and looked like a work of art (not just a photograph). In fact, I think it looked better than the original scroll which had water damage on it. I'm looking forward to using their services again and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a unique way to display their photographs!
