The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too. An older lady had sent in an order of 100 invitations on Monday that needed to be sent out and they weren't done! It was Friday! And they had called and told her to come pick them up! I felt really bad for her. On top of it all they were really rude to me (not the older lady) and it felt very unprofessional. I've mentioned this to a couple friends later and they ALL SAID THE SAME THING! "They messed up my print job and then made me pay for it". This is a locally owned business in a community that is rapidly growing and WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! Time to get it together, guys. UPDATE. Actually I was going to delete my review because it doesn't feel good leaving a bad review in a small town but after owner responded, I'm leaving it. In my opinion Courtney, the only respectable thing to say is, -- "I'm sorry you had such a bad experience printing with us. We make mistakes sometimes and since it seems like numerous people experience us making mistakes that could have maybe been avoided, I feel strongly we need to figure out a better way to do things. A woman employee in a red SUV sped up very fast and aggressively toward our car, then jumped out and confronted us, claiming we were in "employee parking." When we asked where the sign was, she admitted there wasn't one. Her tone was unnecessarily hostile, and the entire interaction was completely unprovoked. We were simply sitting in an empty lot drinking our coffee and chatting for a few minutes before businesses opened. We had planned to come here to get a banner made, but after this encounter we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I should have asked what the price difference would be. $7.50 per page! $441+tax! A difference of $367.50!! That's the price difference. You'd think that they would disclose this info when they asked as that is a significant upcharge! (Black and white printed plans are $1.50 per page) The only thing that was in color on these emailed plans was the red stamp on every page that says "job copy". A little bit of red on each page. Sprinkler plan had a little yellow. Out of 49 pages and I was charged $9 per page! I realize that I should have inquired on price but my god, I can't help but feel I was taken advantage of! Will not be giving them my business again. SHADY! Beware! Not to mention, these employees, or owners, whatever they are, have zero personality. Don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They don't even look up. They seem miserable. I live on You Bet Rd and had 2 vehicles behind me for ~ 5 miles headed into Grass Valley today…read more Once I got onto 174, I let the first vehicle pass, and he flew by at ~ 80 mph. The second vehicle, a large white box van, I let pass a minute later. This turned out to be a FedEx van, driving well over the speed limit. We pulled along side him at Empire Mine. He threw all sorts of hand signs at me-- not entirely sure what he was saying. After running a few errands, I drove by the FedEx bldg on Spring Hill Dr, to let them know they have a driver who is unsafe on the road. The 2 staff who were there came out and wanted to yell at me for reporting the driver... Nice touch guys!! I think 'Big Bertha' was one of them- nice MO! Whoever is the Mgmt team for FedEx may want to tune into the performance of your staff. I've read the other reviews here and it seems you have a number of issues you may wish to address. Separately, I had a FedEx Contract driver come onto my property ~ 1 yr back- he came onto my property way too fast, backed up way too fast and backed into my generator. We're off-grid, so the gen isn't a convenience. FedEx paid the bill top replace, though it took over 10 wks to get the check. Your Community is providing feedback- you may want to listen before going out of business.

The employee told us they do First time passports and took our photo/money and application and ASSURED us this was how it's done .. come to find out you CANNOT get a first time passport unless it's turned in and signed in front of an authorized agent and you must swear an oath.
