I thought I was going to have to get a whole new phone, but they fixed it for me in about 10 minutes. They were so kind and I'm still just shocked at how pleasant they made that. Honestly, made my day! Making sure to tell everyone I know to go there when they need electronic work done!

Here's the thing. If you know little about technology you can go have him " fix" your gadget. Based…read moreon my experience and many of my friends experiences, it's clear what he does js break your device so he can sell you another one for " a super good deal." I took my phone in that had a cracked screen. I was told to come back the next day, I did, wasn't ready, come back the next day, I did, still wasnt ready. On the third day of me driving 40 miles round trip he tells me the phone js broken but he can sell me a nicer one for 400$. Broken? No. Broken screen. Was working fine when I left it there and THEY broke it. So I ask for my phone back and he says he feels bad so he will get me a new iPhone and give my old one back. I go in at the time I was told and then sat there and waited over an hour for my old now broken phone to be put back together. Then they tried to give me my broken phone and charge me 150$ for another one. At this point I had already gotten a different phone up and running, day 5 and I needed a phone, I told them this and they still trying to convince me to buy this other phone i don't need after they broke mine. I had to threaten to call the police for them to even give me back my 40$ deposit. So 5 days later, I drove about 150 miles trying to get my phone, all I get back was my phone which was not broke when I left it there. I lost all of my information and a lot of photos. Had I known my phone would be broken I would have saved my info before dropping it off to have the screen fixed. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen and while Mohammed seems like he's trying to help, it's clear he is just a very good scam artist. The same thing happened to my friend with her computer, needed a software update and 3 months later went in after he was ghosting her and found her computer in the garbage bin, her hard drive swiped, lost everything. Go to auburn and watch the lady fix your screen while you sit there. It's honestly absurb and he has some lawsuits coming his way. In response to bS response. Why is it that you had someone call me to make sure I had saved my data after you already told me it was broken? And how am I supposed to back up information on a phone that no longer works? When you break someone's phone to the point of no repair, the data is lost. Your response is very unintelligent..And your several options to fix the issues all included me spending hundreds of dollars on a new device when mine wasn't broken in the first place. I've had my screen fixed several times and everyone has always done it right in front of me and it's never not turned back on or been broken. Having me come back day after day without even so much as a call to tell me not to drive there again if it's not ready. It's very unprofessional and based on other people's reviews this happens often, it's not a coincidence. Im sorry but yoh aren't fooling anyone. Im sure you've fixed thousands of peoples devices that don't know any better and just listen to your con and pay you. When I was there, a man came in that said he had now been there 4 times in the past month and his phone a week later after being fixed had more issues... you should truly stop taking advantage of people.

AND of course, I freaked out. I called a few businesses but was impressed by Leonard's quick and straight forward diagnosis and his availability, as in, I have some time right now and he's local which I like. (I also run a small business so know how it is to be on your own). He understood my panic. "I can look at it in a few days" doesn't work when your computer goes down=our lives now (for better or worse). He was able to retrieve everything off my hard drive and it's on an external hard drive now, and replaced my hard drive with one he described as indestructible and apparently so because this was years ago and this little Toshiba with the new high capacity hard drive is still doing fantastic. It's fast, apparently indestructible (at least inside my home; I never take my laptop out of my house), and the storage is excellent. I remain extremely pleased, oh and all for less than $300! Thank you Leonard!

He is so kind with customers, especially the elderly. Because of his amazing kindness I gladly hire him to do stuff for my elderly mother as well. He is great when she has a compromised password. Many scammers take advantage of the elderly and Computer Doctors is able to walk step by step with elderly folk in setting up a computer, a home security system, and what they can do to protect themselves against these people. Computer Doctors has been able to work around my schedule and I guarantee there is no place with better prices in Oroville. For good work, great customer service and a great deal I cannot recommend Computer Doctors enough.

After reading reviews from all the various businesses listed I chose Dr. Mac and am so glad I did. I hadn't gotten a case for the IPad so he walked back to Best But with me to help find the right one. No go, so when he got home he researched it for me and sent me a recommendation online that was incredibly inexpensive!! I felt he earned every dollar of his very reasonable charge. Recommend him highly!!

Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.
