To the very competent, kind and hardworking young man that was working today, thank you. To say the…read moreleast, this young man deserves a raise, a promotion, and recognition. I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. If anyone from that date and time leave a poor review on the business, please feel free to assume they are the customers that did not deserve this young man's patience or politeness. Highly recommend this business!

Perhaps I was naive but I thought my cheap little Toshiba would run forever and a few years ago,…read morethe hard drive just crashed--with of course, my entire life on it including a small consulting business. AND of course, I freaked out. I called a few businesses but was impressed by Leonard's quick and straight forward diagnosis and his availability, as in, I have some time right now and he's local which I like. (I also run a small business so know how it is to be on your own). He understood my panic. "I can look at it in a few days" doesn't work when your computer goes down=our lives now (for better or worse). He was able to retrieve everything off my hard drive and it's on an external hard drive now, and replaced my hard drive with one he described as indestructible and apparently so because this was years ago and this little Toshiba with the new high capacity hard drive is still doing fantastic. It's fast, apparently indestructible (at least inside my home; I never take my laptop out of my house), and the storage is excellent. I remain extremely pleased, oh and all for less than $300! Thank you Leonard!

He cleaned the computer thoroughly, and to top it off, he did it in one day! This kind of service is unheard compared to the the big box-stores such as B... Buy... provide. Patrick's price for doing the work was so reasonable compared to what I was quoted by other IT service/computer repair shops. In addition, AB is veteran owned and Patrick is a proud military veteran, who, in my opinion, deserves a big "thank-you for your service."
