Do not go here without successfully contacting them first. This place needs to get it together. Their website says they are opened on the weekends but when I walked down there on a Saturday, it said different hours, NOT weekends. Ok, lesson learned. I should have called ahead of time, whatever. So get this. I walk down there again on Wednesday when they say they're open, and guess what? They're closed! They have a sign saying "back at 1:00pm", it was 1:30pm. There was a message on the door saying "call this number if not here". I called and guess what? No answer because the phone is turned off and the voicemail box was full. Same was true for their store phone - can't leave voicemail. One can only wonder how they're still in business if they are literally not there to do business and you can't even reach them. All in all, Im sure they do good quality work and that they're good people, but I'm just asking, is it so hard for you to Update your website and be there when you say you'll be there? read more

You will regret bringing your item here. They had my iPad for a little more than 11 weeks. I attempted to pick it up on 5 occasions each time I was told it was repaired and every time there was a new issue. I initially brought in my iPad for a cracked screen. The first time I picked it up the home button wasn't working. I brought it back and the second time I tried to pick it up the home button and the touch screen weren't working. The third time it wouldn't take a charge. The fourth time it wasn't even put together. In addition to all of this they broke two more screens trying to repair the iPad. I finally picked up my iPad after 11 weeks and the fingerprint recognition no longer functions. The customer service is awful here. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs. read more

My Iphone 8 said that I needed a new battery. A neighbor recommended Cracked Wireless Repair so I called at 5:30 pm on a Friday & was told to bring it right in as he would be there until 8:00 pm. Once I arrived he immediately gave me paper work to read & sign. It did say that he was not an authorized Apple repair store and I signed knowing that. Later he did say that he was going to get the necessary training so that he would be able to say that he was an authorized technican. Sure hope he goes through with his plan because there is no such person currently in Nevada County. While working on my phone, another customer mentioned about checking the charging outlet. So I asked him to do that & that was the problem. He cleaned it out and I did not need a new battery as my IPhone suggested to me. I was surprised at the number of customers that walked into the business while I sat and waited for him to finish and could return home with the phone. I have not had a problem related to charging the phone since then. I am glad that my neighbor told me about him as I never knew about this business even though I have lived here for over 25 years. This "business" is somewhat appropriately named. When I took my phone to these clowns, they told me that they could fix my problem. The head clown, who mumbles everything to you, told me he would call me when he had some news. So I waited. No word for a week. I called and he said his guy wasn't done, and that he gets things done on his own time. How nice. Since he had my phone, I had no other choice but to wait some more. Another week goes by, and no word from him. So I call again. He puts me off for another 3 days, and says he'll call. No call. So I decide to go buy another phone, and wait to see how long it takes before this guy calls back. A MONTH goes by, and I decide to finally call, and he says it can't be fixed, but charges me for it. There's so much more, but I will spare the reader. These dudes are idiots, and if you don't want to be ripped off, take your broken to an accredited company that will stand behind it's work. read more

I took my phone here to get the screen fixed in order to trade it in. I have never had a problem w/ it and have had it for almost 4 years. After getting my phone back, the screen went completely black twice! I only had it two days with the new screen before I traded it in and while I was having everything transferred over the screen wouldn't stop flickering on and off! It was a good thing I got rid of that phone when I did because I could have lost everything on my phone if I waited much longer. I also want to add that I did call the owner to see if he would fix it when it was black and he said "he had no idea how that could happen"..... the girl at the Verizon store said it was clearly the way the screen was installed. For 97$ I would have hoped for a real fix, not a band aid! The owner was nice but he definitely screwed my phone up. read more

Geez, I could report a lot of transgressions over the course of a year of trying to get my refund for services not rendered. So many unfulfilled promises and excuses, but in the interests of time I will stick the main point. James (owner) does not keep his word and has owed me $200+ for a year and somehow "loses my number" every time I have to call him and check on my refund. He always was "just about to call me." I gave him so many chances. And he did send me a check a month ago for $11 less than what he owed me. Of course it bounced and he blamed me for not cashing it early enough. Likely story. Brought the phone in on Monday and the technician said the phone would be fixed by Wednesday. I think he texted his boss in Sacramento to order the part but it was never ordered. Attempts throughout the week to get updates on the status were unsuccessful - he kept saying that he was expecting the part at FedEx and we asked if he had a tracking number, but he didn't, probably because it wasn't ordered. On Friday I went to the shop and asked for an update and he said he would have to go check at FedEx, so I went across the street to get some refreshments and when I came back he was helping another customer. I overheard his boss (a woman) who had just shown up saying that she was special ordering the part for it to come on Saturday and I went ballistic. All week long we were being lied to about the status. I demanded the phone back and a refund of the $250 for the "repair." The lady said she hadn't told us the phone would be ready, BUT HER AGENT had. She called the main shop and had the charge reversed. I checked online to see that it was posted and it was, but later I found it was reposted on my credit card. I disputed the charge in January and it wasn't resolved until March and in THEIR FAVOR. I am thinking of taking them to small claims court at this point. read more

Originally went there to get a cracked screen fixed, which too longer than makes sense, but whatever. 2 months later screen stops working out of no where. I'm not a phone repair guy so again, I say whatever. So I take her back to cracked to try and get her fixed again. That was a Monday. By Wednesday it was untouched. I asked for it back and Brought her to ceallairis by quietechs rec and he had it done in 15 minutes. Showed me random screws and unnecessary adhesives that cracked put in there. If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Horrible service. They took a deposit on my phone and told me it would be ready in 3 days. THREE MONTHS later, they still have the phone, my deposit, and have left the building they were in. They are completely unreachable by phone, which is no longer in service, and are no where to be found. They never tried to get ahold of me and after MANY attempts by myself to reach them on the phone and in person, they seem to have vanished! Terrible business, really disappointed. read more

I made an appointment online to get my daughter's phone repaired. Despite getting 2 text message confirmations of my appointment and an email confirmation as well, when we got there the shop was empty and locked. The sign on the door said 'Open.' For over half an hour, during a heatwave, we knocked and phoned and left messages. Three days later we still haven't heard from the guy. Professional, reasonably priced, and guaranteed work. He is in a part of old town where parking is limited, but there is a Customer Parking area a half block away. However, today I was able to park very near the business. The business has a comfortable waiting area, with TV and coffee maker. If I have trouble with my phone again I will go there for repair.
