I agree with another reviewer on Google that they take it apart and take the best parts of your phone and replace it with cheap parts. I'm pretty sure that's what happened with mine. I can't remember how much it cost me. I just remember that it was a lot and that the tax made the price much higher. Batteries Plus Phone Repair cost $100 more, which is why I didn't take it there.
