As I walked in a clocked a hammered dulcimer in the corner. I've wanted one for years! After my autoharp questions were answered I asked about the hammered dulcimer. It was on consignment and had been for nearly a year. I asked how much it was and it could be in my price range. I was excited. They called the seller and we made a deal. So excited. It's a hammered dulcimer made in Nevada City. So special. No matter what you need in the music world this store has you covered even 50 years later. Everyone so friendly so helpful. Helped me carry my new instrument out to my car and gave me great ideas for my autoharp.

I should have called ahead of time, whatever. So get this. I walk down there again on Wednesday when they say they're open, and guess what? They're closed! They have a sign saying "back at 1:00pm", it was 1:30pm. There was a message on the door saying "call this number if not here". I called and guess what? No answer because the phone is turned off and the voicemail box was full. Same was true for their store phone - can't leave voicemail. One can only wonder how they're still in business if they are literally not there to do business and you can't even reach them. All in all, Im sure they do good quality work and that they're good people, but I'm just asking, is it so hard for you to Update your website and be there when you say you'll be there?
