We truly appreciated how helpful and genuine he was throughout the whole experience.     Warranty Misrepresentation, Management Silence, and Zero Accountability…read more I am extremely disappointed with Airport Home Appliance and would strongly caution others before purchasing extended warranties here. In May 2023, I purchased several major appliances under Invoice #SOA52784 and made it clear that I wanted the appropriate extended warranties for my appliances. I relied on Airport Home Appliance's expertise when selecting both the appliances and the warranties. No documentation was provided that would have allowed a reasonable customer to verify that the warranty sold was incorrect or incomplete. Fast forward ~1.5 years: my Café induction range (stove) requires a $1,200 repair. This is exactly the type of failure extended warranty coverage is intended to address. Beginning November 20, 2024, I contacted Airport Home Appliance repeatedly (Nov 20, Nov 26, Dec 3, early Dec, and Dec 10) requesting warranty assistance. Every single time, I was told that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. When I finally received a written response from the store manager, it referenced the wrong appliance entirely (the refrigerator) and failed to address the actual issue: that Airport Home Appliance sold the wrong warranty and provided no documentation to reasonably identify the mistake at the time of purchase. The response simply stated that a warranty could not be added now -- completely missing the point. Since that response, Airport Home Appliance has gone silent. This experience shows: Poor warranty guidance at point of sale No documentation transparency Repeated broken promises of management follow-up Incorrect and careless responses from leadership Complete lack of accountability once payment is made For a company selling high-end appliances and extended warranties, this level of customer service and post-sale support is unacceptable. If you are considering Airport Home Appliance, be aware that once there is a problem, you may be on your own.

Before you spend thousands of dollars on appliances, spend a few minutes on the internet and you will see that it is wise to avoid buying appliances from Best Buy. Many customers report horrible experiences with Best Buy appliance purchases, citing recurring issues like damaged deliveries, subcontracted installers making mistakes (or causing damage), repeated delays/rescheduling, and poor customer service, especially with warranty repairs or resolving delivery problems, leading to frustration and prolonged waits for working appliances. Common complaints involve scratched floors from installers, receiving dented or improperly installed items (like wobbly fridges), and difficulty getting issues resolved, with some customers stuck in cycles of failed deliveries or lengthy repair waits. My son has spent over 11 hours waiting for the delivery of the washer and dryer that I purchased for him. Then, they (third party delivery service) brought the dryer but "forgot" to bring the washing machine. They also brought the wrong plug for the dryer and said they didn't have any of the correct one in stock. They left the wrong cord and marked it as delivered. Then, a week later, they brought a broken washing machine... In store won't help you, they make you call the call center. After multiple phone calls and multiple hours on the phone, we now have to call a different number to talk to the "large product fulfillment resolution" center. This has been an absolute nightmare. I am a member of the "My BestBuy Total Membership" and have had no issues with in-store local purchases and customer service, but I will never again buy an appliance from Best Buy.

    I'm a professional. This is the 3rd time in three years on three separate jobs I tried using this…read morelocal plumbing supplier. I went in for three common parts in common dimensions. They didn't have one part --a 1" spring loaded slip flow check valve. They didn't know what a 'crack pressure' on a spring flow valve was. Only had a hing valve. That only works for horizontal positions & one vertical position when flow is against gravity. Not my situation. I felt I was going to get it BC of --some reason. So I bought. It was larger than the install dimensions of the job piping so I would need bushings. Great now I will look like a rookie plumber. A 'Rube Goldberg' install. So pro that ... After driving back to the job I decided there was no Zombie Armageddon. I went to HD got the CORRECT PARTS in stock. Three parts for $20.00 w/ a snack @ HD as opposed to 5 parts @ Ferguson for $50.00 w/out a snack. What? I'm a licensed CA plumber. Never going back there again & I had accounts w/ them for YEARS in Salinas Valley. Zero stars if that were possible.

It was originally deemed unavailable-backordered. But she searched for us until she found one in Kentucky and worked to acquire that one for us! We have always had great service at Ferguson's and highly recommend Amy C. if you have any plumbing/remodel/new construction needs!
