I went into the store to get clarification and spoke with Kyle the store manager. He agreed that there was an overcharge and had to call their customer service number to get a credit. It was a simple under $20 charge but it felt like the customer service person on the phone kept needing an explanation. He came back an offered $15 and asked if I would settle for that. Of course not if I overpaid $19.50 I should be refunded $19.50. It felt very offensive ( Kyle was great ). Positive - I had walked out the door after waiting for a little bit and realizing they were quite busy, Kyle came out and got me and said I was up next and he could help me. He was not only able to help me, but also was able to help another lady that had been waiting to get a new phone, while he was holding on the phone line for customer service. He showed exceptional multi-tasking and customer service skills. I actually have found every employee I have encountered in my last 2 visits very polite and attentive in spite of being short-staffed.

They have a sign saying "back at 1:00pm", it was 1:30pm. There was a message on the door saying "call this number if not here". I called and guess what? No answer because the phone is turned off and the voicemail box was full. Same was true for their store phone - can't leave voicemail. From out of the back came Trevor to help out my wife and I. She had an issue with an app trying to gain control of her phone and mine was a brick. Trevor started working both phones at once, clearing my wife's phone in under 3 minutes. Mine took longer, but he was able to get it setup to where when I would log into my Gmail account my phones info would be reloaded and I would be back in business. Unfortunately Gmail 2 step verification ask you to check your phone to log in. Phone was still a brick, NO FAULT of Verizon or Trevor. I had to have Gmail use my backup email account which took 5 days to confirm with Gmail. Once I was able to log into Gmail I could activate my phone and recover my info. I am back in business. I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. Now that a new customer acquired this phone number, I requested the code that Google sent to that number in order to regain access. The cricket customer that has this phone number now felt uneasy about the request due to his age and unfamiliarity with 2FA. He went into this store and was directed to deny me access to this code. The employees at this store are poorly trained and just sealed my fate by suggesting that I be denied the code. They are directly responsible now for me losing years of priceless photos and contacts that I'll never be able to access again without it.
