Austyn came to the rescue for a special project/partial clean before we were going to have company this weekend. The house looks and feels SO GOOD. The kitchen sink , stove , fridge doors, floors, and the stairs have never been so clean. Austyn pays attention to detail and is super swift. He is kind, professional, and we REALLY look forward to him coming back regularly for the whole house! Oh, and his "secret" method got out a stubborn stain in our bathtub. He went above and beyond. I can see out of my kitchen window now! Thank you, Austyn! I highly recommend A.L. Cleaning Service! read more

A.L. Cleaning Service - Shiny fridge door looking better than ever before! - Office Cleaning Near Me - Grass Valley, California

I highly recommend Austyn and his team. Austyn did an amazing job cleaning my house and I feel very lucky to have found him! He is professional, detail oriented, thorough and goes above and beyond. It's hard to find someone these days who takes pride in their work like Austyn does. Everything in my house was sparkling and smelled so clean, and he did not skip any corners. He stayed on track, communicates very well, and got to everything and more. I can tell he has a great amount of experience and knows what he is doing. He brought all his own cleaning supplies and knew exactly what would work for my space. I've already booked my next cleaning with him!! He is a gem! read more

All the reviews are true this is the best cleaning service I had in a long time! I mean just look at that shower... can you tell you're looking through a glass door on a shower glass wall? That's how clean it is. Great attention to detail, using the right products on a surface, always on time. Highly recommended! read more

Austyn has cleaned our place a couple times now. He's been on time and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Austyn was great! My husband and I just bought our first home which was pretty gross and needed a deep clean before we started working on it. Austin was very responsive, flexible with scheduling, and he did an amazing job with alot of attention to detail! Super happy with the outcome. read more

Austin is a total pro. We threw a huge task at him as prepared to move into a a house that we had just painted and had previously sat vacant for a whole year. The place was filthy. After a 12 hour day he even came back the next day to go the extra mile for us. He's kind, focused, thorough and an excellent communicator. He explained to us before, during and after what to expect and what was happening. I would recommend Austin to anyone looking for a thorough and conscientious cleaning service. read more

We received excellent service from Austyn. I wish I could give him 10 stars, we were so happy with how clean our house was afterwards. Not only was he quick to respond with a quote, he was very communicative and accommodating with what cleaning products to use, knowing that we have a toddler. 10/10 communication, 10/10 service, 10/10 professionalism - Not only did he do an excellent job, he was also so pleasant to talk to. The five star ratings are all true. Reasonable prices for exceptional work. Thanks, Austyn! read more

Austyn was communicative, professional, thorough and overall exceptional in his cleaning service of our rental property. Highly recommend !

We are selling my mom's house, and our realtor recommended Austyn for a deep cleaning. The place really needed it, and Austyn did a great job getting it ready for listing. It looks fantastic and his attention to detail is top notch. We're very pleased with how it turned out (and that we didn't have to deal with it!) and plan to have him do the cleaning on our own house when we get ready to sell it. read more

He cleaned my windows and floors. Because he did a great job, I decided to go with the monthly service as well. He's friendly, fast, thorough and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. read more

Austyn did a great job cleaning out my apartment (move-out clean)! He was easy to communicate with at all stages and gave before and after pictures/videos to detail his work. Super impressed with how thorough he was with the clean and would recommend to others. read more

Phenomenal work! Austyn handled a deep clean of my parent's apartment, which had gone probably 7+ years without a proper clean. He was communicative, effective, and honest, and he did an amazing job on that extra-filthy space. It looks like a whole new apartment now. Highly recommended! read more

Best Cleaning Service in the County! Austyn is professional, on time, kind, quick and efficient and an all around joy to have in your home. I cant imagine life without him and his great clean, I have tried many other services before I found this company..... from the scary tweaker off FB marketplace where I feared for my life, to the unreliable, over priced other services around (too many bad stories to tell). If you are looking for someone who actually gets down to business in your house, and cleans the heck out of it, look no further. Like I said, BEST IN THE COUNTY! read more

Diligent and very responsive. Austyn was able to help us clean our home when we needed to!

Austyn cleaned our friend's family cabin in Truckee. The service was amazing. He was flexible with our schedule even during the holidays. He worked fast, but did not compromise on quality. Austyn was very detailed in his work. He was also a pleasure to communicate with. I would absolutely would use his service again and highly recommend him to anyone needing an excellent cleaning. read more

As a process of getting ready to sell our home Austyn at A.L. Cleaning service was recommended by our real estate agent. We thought our home was pretty clean, but we went ahead in an over abundance of caution and had Austyn come and clean prior to an open house. We made sure we were gone the whole day as to not get in his way when we came home we were absolutely floored. We were willfully, ill-prepared to see how clean our home could actually be. His attention to detail and meticulous work ethic was shocking. Every single item in our house looked brand new from the light fixtures to the drawers, cabinets. closets, sinks, floors, tubs, appliances and laundry room. Everything was shockingly, bright and shiny. We both wholeheartedly encourage anyone who is getting ready to clean their house for real estate purposes or just every day cleaning to consider contacting this young man. I can honestly say it was probably the best money we ever spent. Stepping into a brand new home was enlightening. Thank you Austyn! read more

Hate to write a negative review as he didn't clean my house He came over late one afternoon- I really liked him and appreciated that he's trying to rebuild his business after COVID Told me he's provide me a written quite the next day I even texted him letting him know I was still waiting Never heard back Even if he decided he didn't want the job I would have appreciated some communication If there were zero stars that would be too many Clearly not the way to rebuild his business read more

He never got back to me with an estimate......said it had been a busy weekend and would be in touch on the 1st, but did not do so...

I don't know where to start. I just moved to the area and into a house that needed a very deep cleaning. I was overwhelmed. I came to Yelp, read reviews, chose AL Cleaning Service, and could not be more grateful. The attention to detail by Austyn and his helper was as if he were cleaning his own home. He didn't overlook a single thing. He cleaned things I didn't imagine he would take the time to care about, but I'm so thankful he did. I've always had a regular cleaning service, but I've never had one that met this standard of care. I would recommend them a million times over. read more

Austyn is the best. I've used his company twice now, both times he's been punctual, professional, and kind. He's cleans very well, very fast and efficient! Super stoked I found him. (My last housekeeper would rearrange my house/furniture, thankfully Austyn doesn't do that LOL). He's also just a great guy all around. I highly recommend. read more

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but we just had Austyn clean our house and I had to say something. We are SO over the moon with how our house turned out. It's better than when we moved in. We have a baby on the way and I really needed to know we were bringing him into a clean environment that I did not have the energy doing myself. Austyn was SO thorough and made sure to leave no stone unturned! On top of that, he is a wonderful person! We are definitely looking forward to continued cleanings with him!! read more

Austyn and his helper gave my home the best deep cleaning. It's as clean as when my dogs and I moved in last year. I'm so grateful to have found such a trustworthy fella who exudes lots of positive energy and who has such an attention for detail. read more

My family and I are always stoked with Austyn's services. He is super accommodating with our hectic schedules and makes sure our needs are met. Our house is sparkling after he leaves. Thank you Austyn!! read more

Austyn is fabulous! Just had a deep cleaning done and my house is immaculate. I will be using his services on a regular basis. Austyn does the job right. I haven't found any better and I've been through several cleaners through the years! And he's very affordable! read more

A.L. Cleaning is the way to go. I've hired cleaning companies in the past and they will come in in pairs and seem to spend more time visiting with one another than getting the work done. Austyn came in by himself and moved furniture including the refrigerator to do the most thorough job I've ever seen. He was prompt, responsive to my initial call, fit me in within days, and stayed late to get the job done. Owner operated cannot be beat. read more

I cannot recommend Austyn highly enough. I had tried another cleaning service but was disappointed. the exact opposite was true with Austyn - he exceeded our expectations in every way...his quick response, his professionalism and kindness, and above all his excellent cleaning standards. Austyn always goes above and beyond in every detail of his work. there is no doubt in my mind that he is the best cleaning service in the area. read more

Austyn is amazing! I've had many cleaners over many houses, and he is easily the best of the best. He is thorough and takes his time to do it right. And when it came time to pay, I blurted out "that's it?!" He was worth every penny and more. I'm so glad to have found someone as good as him! read more

We have had our Colfax house cleaned by JFS several times. The initial deep clean was great -- extremely comprehensive, great attention to detail. They also worked hard to find a time that would work for us and for them, coming up with some creative options to make it work. We're now on a regular schedule and they continue to do excellent work each time. It's great to come home to a spotless house. They're friendly and responsive to email and text messages, communicate clearly and are very easy to deal with. If you're looking for a cleaning company that is both thorough and professional, JFS is it. read more

Could Josh and Shea be any nicer?! They were such a pleasure to work with and did a fabulous job on our initial deep cleaning (even touching on some things that weren't covered in our estimate, simply because they needed to be done). The carpet had been vacuumed so thoroughly I thought they had actually shampooed it. The entire house smelled so fresh. And I cannot believe how clean our light fixtures are!! Were they really THAT dirty?! Yikes! JFS totally nailed it and I cannot wait to establish our regular cleaning schedule. Thank you thank you!!! read more

Austyn does an amazing job! He is absolutely fantastic! He is a very hard working, trustworthy, and driven individual. He has made my cleaning dreams come true! I recently bought a home and he did all of our pre move in deep cleaning. On the property he has cleaned our Yurt, a very deep clean, and our main house (also deep clean). His prices are reasonable and affordable. He does such an incredible job, and focuses so much on detail. I wish he could come every week Thanks Austyn! read more

Austyn is amazing! We decided to get a cleaner and I was blown away! He is very friendly and respectful with a great work ethic leaving our house better than we have ever seen it. I couldn't recommend him more! read more

Austyn went above and beyond with my house. I honestly didn't know it was possible for it to look as clean as it did. He is very professional and finished in a timely matter. Josh is an amazingly hard worker. Positive, hardworking attitude. Did an amazing job with a difficult deep clean. He was very accommodating to my busy schedule and was extremely punctual. Josh & Shea were referred to me by my real estate agent when I purchased my new home in Grass Valley. I arranged for them to first clean my home prior to my move in and then clean my rental home a few weeks later when I had moved furnishings out. They were very accommodating, being available when I needed them, and both times arrived energetic and ready to go! What a treat it has been working with them, I will highly recommend their services to anyone who might ask. They take their work seriously, they are very good at what they do. It has been a joy to work with them both. As you can see my the 5 star rating from all their customers, they are professionals who know their business. I will continue with their services, they are too good to pass up! Thanks Josh & Shea! read more

Highly recommend them! Last minute cleaning needed for home and they were very thorough and did a wonderful job!

Austyn is the best. We use his services once a week and could not be more happier. He is thorough and leaves your home smelling wonderful! We even had him house sit for us recently and watch our 3 dogs and I came home to an emaculately clean home - my mail was even organized! I highly recommend him! read more

A.L. cleaning is the best!! Austyn is very thorough, professional, on time, and THE BEST house cleaner I've ever had. He cleaned behind my furniture, vacuumed my rugs and even underneath them, dusted my decor and underneath it, he even shined my crystals! I can't wait to have him back for another deep cleaning. My house also smelled amazing!! I was able to leave him the code to my front door so he could come when I wasn't home, I also forgot to leave his payment in my house and he was very understanding and let me Venmo him! I will never use another cleaning service again. So happy to have found a trustworthy, excellent cleaning company. read more

I Really am impressed with Josh from A.L.Cleaning. I've used them for almost a year. My home is cleaned monthly, but they will accommodate whatever schedule a client requests. I've always felt they really LOOK for things to clean. With A.L.Cleaning, providing time allows, they will clean beyond what is standard on the contract (that's another nice thing; they provide a written list of what they clean and when. I don't need to have cleaning under my bed or behind the fridge every month). This last time, I was away for a few days. When I got home, I found the area under my sink, which hadn't been cleaned in roughly 10 years, had been cleaned and organized. They've vacuumed lamp shades, cleaned on top of the fridge, under the bed, sills, hard-to-dust areas, and cleaned places only I would notice, because I live with it. A.L.Cleaning is a little more expensive than other companies, but well worth it. read more

I'm a new, one-time-only client (moving out of the area), yet Josh made himself available to accommodate my tight move-out schedule, at a price that I was quite comfortable paying. He was in and out like a flash, leaving everything sparkling and lovely. Thanks in large part to his efforts, I got my entire rental deposit refunded. I'd definitely recommend him and would use him again myself should I have the opportunity. read more

Josh & Shea did a move out cleaning for my husband and I when we moved out of our rental. They were prompt and did a wonderful job!
