Jeremy is awesome! My car seats were filthy and he came and got them looking good as new! In the past he's cleaned my carpets a few times and he's always very professional read more

I had Pristine come and clean this week. They were fab! Fast and thorough and nice. Best of all and most amazing is that I had gotten an estimate over text for a certain amount. When they completed my home they actually lowered the price because it was an easier project than they thought. amazing. Who does that? read more

Well, here I am, as Yelp named me, The Intimidator", happy to give this carpet business five stars!! Why? I reached out to Yelp for a carpet cleaner, used Coit last year, yuck! Anywho.. got three quotes: gave each vendor my sq footage of carpet needing cleaned and the condition it was in.. I took his quote only because he trusted me and I told him I hated the bate and switch.. wow.. i say wow.. he got a great tip from me money wise, and this recommendation.. not often you meet real honest business men, such as Jeremy!! you rock.. your quality of work rocks and don't forget me when you business skyrockets!! Awesome customer service, awesome work... what else can I say.. and trust me.. in 30 yrs..not my first rodeo... go Jeremy go.... read more

Julie has been working for me for over 3 years now and I can't live without her. If youre looking for a reliable, well-spoken and hardworking housekeeper, look no further. First and foremost, I TRUST her. She has never damaged an item nor opened a single drawer without permission. I LIKE her. She's easy going and kind - just a pleasure to talk to. She is always smiling - such positive energy. Best part is she also follows directions and remembers how I like things done. Her rates are fair and she doesn't nickel and dime me which is so respectable. She also has run errands for me and altered clothing for me too. Like I said, I just cant live without her. read more

Did a excellent job on cleaning my tubs/shower doors, and the kitchen. The tubs were stained bad and she got them really clean. I would recommend and would use again in the future read more

I consider myself fortunate to have found Julie and Travis. I always hesitate to have someone to my home who I have not met beforehand. Having insurance made me feel more secure. An additional plus, they are aware of etiquette and understanding. This is a true "find." A gem! Plus, my request/notice was last minute and they came through with a "yes." Now I have a weekend to enjoy my clean home. My review is honest and true. They are positive and upbeat and only want to please--luck me--lucky you! Be good to this young couple. They deserve to be treated well. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They deserve to be successful. I hope they don't get too busy and forget about me. Thank you for being; I had nearly given up. Thank you! Janet read more

Julie was able to accommodate us on short notice and on Father's Day. This did not stop her from doing an amazing job. Her prices are reasonable without sacrificing quality of service. She was able to remove hard water rust stains that I tried and failed to remove several times. She is very kind and professional and made our move much easier. I couldn't see myself using any other service after this experience. Thank you Julie for a job well done and being flexible with us. read more

Julie and her husband were amazing. They cleaned our new house prior to moving in and cleaned out our old place. Very nice couple working together. Julie even came back to my old place since my landlord were very picky. I called her and schedule to comeback right away. I wish them both the best. Will definitely call her again in the near future! read more

Julie and her husband, Travis, did a fantastic job with doing a move-in clean for me. The house was left rather dusty and dirty. They were very thorough with cleaning the baseboards, windows, and scrubbing the bathrooms really well. I called Julie Monday morning and she was able to get me scheduled within 2 days. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services if you need cleaning. The price was reasonable and it was such a relief to get that portion of my move in taken care of so quickly! read more

Julia is amazing! She and her husband came to clean my husband after the nightmare tenant left, who completely trashed my condo. She didn't show any contempt, and did the cleaning thoroughly as I was sorting out the trash, recycling and things that can be donated. She and her husband pointed out things to be replaces or fixed and her husband even replaced my trash disposal. She cleaned bathrooms and floors especially well, and he washed the windows and vacuumed. What a great team! read more

Hired them to clean my house for a move-out. They were quite responsive while setting up the appointment. The cleaners arrived 20 minutes late. No text or call letting me know. They were both very nice so no issues there. They're cleaning service was average at best. There were scuff marks left on my walls and molding that I had hoped they would clean. They supposedly cleaned my house for over 4 hours but when I arrived back at my house, the fridge or freezer hadn't been cleaned. They did clean the windows and the bathroom was very clean. I did notice they didn't wipe down my drawers in the kitchen or shelving in the kitchen. They didn't even wipe down the outside of my fridge that had visible hand/finger marks. They only mopped the floors and didn't do a deep clean of the grout like I had asked. On top of that, they charged me $195 for a 2 bedroom/1 bath home that's less than 800 sq feet. ALSO, when I asked about the owner (listed as Julie) and how to pay, the cleaner said the owner's name is Sonia and she worked for Sonia's House Cleaning! Is this a fake account??? Very confusing. Over priced. Do not recommend. read more

Julie treats her client's home as if it were her own. She is dedicated to making sure everything is in pristine condition before she leaves. Wish I had taken a "before" picture. She is honestly such a nice person and her prices are reasonable . I just used Pristine Cleaning Service for a move-in cleaning and move-out cleaning. Scheduling the times was easy and Julie was very responsive. She and her husband did a fantastic job on both properties and I would for sure recommend them! Their prices were reasonable and they took a very sad looking carpet and somehow got it as clean as the day we moved in! I am a very happy customer! read more

Julie was prompt, really friendly and did an amazing job. Our apartment looked cleaner than I have ever seen it. I am sure she played a large part in getting us our security deposit back. Also, her prices were much better than anywhere else I looked at. Would highly recommend! read more

Julie was wonderful she did great! I'm glad I was able to come home and not have to worry about cleaning although I still had to wash the dishes and hang the kids clothe which were not a lot but I was really expecting for that to be done but then again I've never had anybody clean my house before in my life, my mom cleans houses and she Goes on and beyond for her customers I was expecting a little bit more from it But the house smells good it looked clean. The stove was great and looks really clean I haven't seen it that clean in a while. She is a really sweet person and kind I appreciate all the hard work she did I'm happy that she came and was willing to work with me she also came in a short notice as well she answered me every time I messaged her quick answers. Thank you Julie for your hard work I appreciate it! Affordable prices as well thank you read more

Julie does such a great job on our house, she is reliable, and I trust her very much. She's cleaned our house for about 2 years, and I would recommend her if you're looking for a housekeeper! read more

I'm confused? I requested a quote for house cleaning every other week for the next 2 months and Julie wrote back a very curt message that they don't do that service? They actually don't clean houses?? read more

Julie charged $60/hr and did a terrible job. Every room I walked in looked like the job was 1/2 done. The floors in every room were the worst part - she doesn't move chairs and she doesn't clean the floor at the base of cabinets. At the rate she charges, I expected a lot more. I emailed her to tell her how I felt and I received no reply. read more

I feel like I am giving away a precious secret, but if you want CLEAN, DEPENDABLE and NO-NONSENSE, then Julie is the person to call. Don't be fooled when you open your door, and see a tiny woman...armed with a vacuum, mop, and supplies. Julie's pricing is fair, and her attention to detail has never waivered. She does housekeeping for us on an every other-week basis. I know it helps her a lot if the client frontloads some of the easy chores, like picking up throw rugs, emptying wastebaskets, putting away tzotzches (though none of this is expected, it just helps). If you ARE willing to frontload, it leaves her with more time to do a really deep clean each appointment. So....shhhhh, don't tell, but Julie's Pristine Cleaning is the only choice in town! read more

I hired Pristine Cleaning Service to clean my apartment earlier this month and I would say it was not worth the expense. I work two jobs and barely have time to do all my chores on my days off, so I thought I'd treat myself to having someone else come in and help with the tasks that I just can't seem to get to. Along with the usual cleaning, I let Julie know that the floors were particularly dirty and that I would also like the oven cleaned as well as a light fixture in the kitchen. On the day she was at my home she sent me a text message to let me know that she had accidentally broken the light fixture. She offered to "work it out through trade with the next cleaning". Honestly, I figured accidents happen and I wasn't that stressed about it... I wanted to see what she meant by "broken" and how good of a cleaning job she had done before I agreed to have her come back for a future cleaning job. When I got home that night, the first thing I noticed was that there were lumps of dirt and dust left all over the hardwood floors. It looked like she had swept in a hurry and didn't finish. The bathroom looked okay but, again, the floor looked like she wiped it quickly with a wet wipe. The kitchen floor still had spots - it looked like there was no effort to even clean it. The sink has some sort of discoloration now - I'm guessing from whatever she used to clean the oven. The oven was clean, but the corners were still gross. The light fixture was broken, but she had managed to put it back up - it's just missing some of the plastic on one side. Overall, I would call the job half-assed at best, and I ended up spending a good chunk of my weekend re-doing the job I paid Julie to do (I actually found more pieces of the light fixture as I was cleaning the floor). I was definitely disappointed. I feel like if you break something in someone's home you should make extra sure that the rest of the job is done excellently; and if you don't have time to do that, or it's beyond your capacity, you should at least give them a heads up. I would have been disappointed with the work even without the broken light fixture, but this just added insult to injury. read more
