I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! I can't speak to their overall cleaning skills, but when it comes to well-used commercial style carpets, I would HIGHLY recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to do the job correctly and with great results!! She shows up with a team of 3 or 4, and they whip through your house so quickly! They were able to do my entire 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1400 sq feet in an hour ... and it hand't been cleaned in a long time professionally so it was pretty bad. I work from home ... so to be able to have a team in for one hour compared to one person there for four hours making noise is pretty wonderful. Each day afterwards, I would notice something else that they had cleaned that I didn't notice right away - they are so detail-oriented and thorough! We're on a monthly maintenance schedule now.
