We ended up using Miry's Cleaning as a request/recommendation from our apartment building when we…read moremoved out. Overall, their service was great! But their communication as definitely lacking. Service: They called our 2bd/2ba apartment to where the countertop shined and the floors were glistening. They even texted us through the day about stuff we forgot about, which was really nice of them. Their service is definitely top notch. Communication: This is honestly where I felt a little frustrated it. My boyfriend texted/called them for a quote and date. They were super nice and helpful. But it took about 2 or more weeks to confirm and finalized everything. And by that time they told us that we didn't get back to them in time so they couldn't do the date we originally ask for. No big deal we were pretty flexible with the dates. The lady said that she would send up a statement later and we could pay by credit card or venmo. Cool! My frustration was that she sent the statement a month later with a due date of 3 days later without any instructions on venmo or credit card. My boyfriend tried to e-mail asking for instructions to pay by credit card or venmo... and silence! No e-mail back. No text. Tried to go on their website and it was a broken link. Just frustrating! Overall: I really loved their service and thought that they did a great job cleaning. But communication is super aggravating!

I highly recommend Miry's cleaning - I'd like to first point out that I am a very clean person, so…read moremy expectations of what a house should look like after a deep clean are VERY high - and WOW, she went above and beyond my expectations! I was in the process of selling my 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that has ample living space. The house had been vacant for a few months and I just finished remodeling the kitchen, bathrooms, and carpet throughout the house -- so you can imagine the additional mess it caused. The tenant that was renting it wasn't the cleanest, and the stone and vinyl floors were covered in dirt and grime that I thought would never come out...when I walked into the house after the cleaning, I couldn't believe my eyes -- the floors SHINED and looked brand new!! There wasn't a corner that was missed in the cleaning, which i really appreciate considering the house would be shown to buyers. Furthermore, she did a kind gesture that not many cleaning companies would do...she actually helped find me a contractor (who she knew was of good quality) to help with one final item of my house AND helped coordinate him coming over (I live over 5 hours away from the house). Words can't express my gratitude towards this additional step she took. Hands down, BOOK MIRY's CLEANING! You will be completely satisfied with the quality of work. Thank you!!!
