Went in today with my mom to follow up on her bill and current data plan. First off, this branch is the busiest I've ever been to. The wait is long and it's so crowded inside. After a 30 minute wait, we sat with Luis. Remember, we had 2 simple questions. Luis literally talked over us, didn't answer our questions, and cut us off every time we spoke. We were aware that there was a crazy wait but he basically was trying to get up and leave as we tried to ask him things. At one point my mom asked when she had upgraded her phone, he asks back if she had done it recently. She said that she didn't remember and that's why she was asking. He goes through his screen and looks at my mom and goes off asking "didn't you upgrade in June and July?" Ok..... Doesn't it show on your screen?!? My mom basically had enough. So she said yeah I guess. And he said ok you're set. Got out of his seat and walked off. Thanks Luis for all your help. So me and and my husband was thinking awh. . Man their going to rush us to get our phone and get out of here, so the worker can go home. This just happened: Went in to replace my missing iPad Mini SIM. Employee asked for my sim #. I logged into my account on my iPhone and showed him the #. He couldn't find it. He asked for last 4 SSN and name, still couldn't find it. He said that he wouldn't activate another SIM because the free 200mb plan is no longer being offered. After being with AT&T for so long it is sad to say that they really don't care about their customer, called AT&T to ask them if they have a better plan for me and they couldn't help me and they made me feel that I needed them like there is no other provider out there, which is very disappointing since I have been with them for many many years even I asked their customer service what is my termination fee they told me the $ amount without caring if I am going to cancel my service or not... I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. After having bad customer service with their two employees giving me hard time and rude attitude. I was there around 4 pm they put my name told me to wait for someone will assist me instead I was waiting for about 40 minutes and their employees "Andrew" swapped my old SIM card to new SIM card on my iPhone but it's read "No SIM" he told me "give it about 1- 10 min it's will read". I left the store about 15 min my iPhone still wasn't reading the new SIM shown "NO SIM" I assumed he gave me a bad new SIM Card. I went to the store I was helped by their female employee who forgot her name but she was very Rude. Instead of giving me another new SIM card, she screwed up my iPhone. Told me "Oh it's not a new SIM Card problem it's your iPhone take it back to Apple Store have taken it looked" Are you serious!? I ended up driving to Apple Store in Pasadena was there about two hours till they're closed Apple Store Employees told me that you guys gave me a bad new SIM card. Apple Employee was kind enough to get another new SIM card that worked. My iPhone didn't have any issue at all instead your two employees gave me hard times and they couldn't correct the mistakes but gave bad customer service like my fault. I was looking for a new wireless provider and walked in to this store today. Daniel Loy greeted me at the door. He sat me down and walked me through the different plans available. He gave me all the rates, associated fees and whatever else I needed to make my decision. He was clear and organized in his presentation so that I had everything I needed to know. I didn't have to turn over any rocks to get a true estimate of each package I was looking at, and I really appreciated that. Many wireless sales pros can make it harder to think through since they try not to tell you about fees until you've mostly got your mind made up. He did a great job of talking up some of the newer T-Mobile features, and he nearly had me convinced to upgrade from prepaid to plan in order to get them. After a few minutes I decided to keep looking at other providers since I wasn't quite seeing what I was after with T-Mobile. I told Daniel this and, while he was disappointed not to get my business, without missing a beat he started trying things to attempt to help me out with the problem I had been having with my phone, the problem which brought me into the store. Too often nowadays when you walk into a store you are not looked at as a person. After telling Daniel I was deciding to go look elsewhere, I was half-expecting to be rudely shuffled out the door. His great demeanor, confident presentation and helpful attitude even once a sale was out of the question were refreshing, and show character and work ethic. We needed helping transferring contacts from an LG phone to an iPhone, and from the iPhone to a Note4. Came in on a Saturday night 30 mins before closing so we didn't think they would be willing to help. However, Melissa and Danika (sorry if I misspelled her name) were sooo patient and helpful!! This T-mobile is amazing! Its literally right next to everything you need which is great. My sister and I had time to kill so we went here because I needed to return my SGS5. But anyways, we go in and we were greeted by Harrison! He help me and my sister through everything we needed and got everything. I didn't like the phone so I wanted to change back and he told me what I needed to do, the first time I called Customer Service it was a fail because I wasn't aggressive enough, Harrison told me to call and be aggressive but I gave it to my sister because she knew what she was doing. In that whole Process he helped my sister figure out what plan and internet she needed on her phone as well. He was very patience with us and we joked around with our asian last names and such. We got our problem solved and Harrison even gave us his card just in case anything else bad happens with our plan or whatever. T Mobile sucks. Keep in mind when you purchase insurance on your phone, the insurance only covers the line you start off with so if you switch sim cards your insurance no longer covers the phone. Then Sarah the assistant manager comes other to use while we are about to set up our new products and says that two out of the three of us need to leave. My dad and I left while my mom got hers and my dads phone set up. About and hour later my mom and the assistant manager started arguing about her kicking my dad and me out . Then she straight out lied and said that she never said that we couldn't be in there she said, that she said that if we didn't mind going out . This review is strictly for T-mobile association with Assurant insurance company. Wish T-mobile would partner with better insurance company to provide the better deal/service to the customers. Assurant takes super long at processing the orders and they not only send refurbished phone after $175 deductible but also did not send the exact phone that you purchase through T-mobile. In addition, the Assurant agent would hang up the phone until the middle of the claim. It's such a shame that T-mobile cannot partner with better insurance service because we definitely will not be purchasing phones or making phone payment plans in the future through T-mobile because of this. If the phone had been purchased through Apple, a lot of time would be saved claiming/troubleshooting the phone through Apple Care. read more

If I could give 0 stars to a place I would. I walked in at 2:54 pm gave our name down to a very tall slim woman employee. She took our name and wrote it on the back of her list.i guess her shift was over and the new employee in charge of the list was jake. We waited waited and waited patiently while we saw other people who had just arrived being tended to. Not once were we approached to ask if we were ok or if our name needed to be taken down. I finally at 320 asked when it was going to be our turn and came to find out that our name wasnt even on the list! He superficially apologized and told us out name was going to be put at the top of the list. 10 mins later 2 other people that had recently walked in were helped. I walked over to jake and asked what was going on and he spoke to me like if he was some hoodlum at a bar! "Why are we having this pointless conversation" and "I'm sorry if you FEEL like you been waiting a while". Um excuse me no I don't feel like I was waiting a while I HAVE BEEN WAITING A WHILE, 40 mins to be exact. Jake then went on to say "there you're next in front of John (who was disabled but wasn't there before us because I saw him walk in!) are you happy?!" I turned John and said no worries you can take "our place" in line and thanked jake for his help and walked away. Jake then proceeded to yell across the store "oh real mature!"
