I brought a working phone into this establishment to get the battery replaced - a phone that worked perfectly well with no issues other than a battery that drained too quickly. I brought home a phone that is incapable of charging - the phone recognizes that a charger is plugged in but does not charge. We bring the phone back and are told that there was unseen water damage that had corroded the motherboard and when they opened the phone it caused a short and broke it. At no point was it ever mentioned that there was a danger of destroying our phone if they opened the phone. At no point was any risk or danger presented to us. Instead, we get the nasty surprise of finding out that the simple act of opening the phone was enough to move around wires and completely ruin it. We had no idea there was water damage in the phone (although we don't deny it's possible - life happens), but if we had any indication that opening the phone posed serious problems we would have reconsidered risking a working phone to switch out a battery. How ironic that their name is "ubreakifix" because it would be much more apt to say "ubringinandwebreak".

They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. I can't say enough good things at how helpful they were.

After going to another Metro at Osceola Pkway and being mistreated and getting NO help at all. We decided to visit this one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team! This is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect, care and attention. We will definitely be back!

I've been paying for phone insurance which offers free unlimited battery replacements and I finally…read moredecided to use it. Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered.

When I arrived, he said that he had just finished one just like mine! He tested a few other circuits using a multimeter and said he would be able to attach my component in about ten minutes. So, I went next door to the Asian supermarket and picked up a few snacks. Ten minutes and $35 saved me $350 for a new board, and everything is working great. Even though the screen was the only damaged part, I couldn't download my pictures because I couldn't enter my pin to unlock the phone. I called around to find someone who could help with no luck. Everyone said they would have to replace the screen which was cost prohibitive to say the least. Finally, I reached Ali with Tech Store who was not only able to help me, but at a reasonable price. I got all of my pictures and videos back and couldn't be happier. Ali is a really nice guy. He found a way to solve my problem and was very fair throughout the process. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

So we drove from Kissimmee to St Cloud to this store waited as there were a few people ahead of us, no big deal. It's our turn we sit down and he goes over the phone options, looks at our account we need to pay off the phone we currently have $403 to upgrade I ASKED HIM since he's looking at my account if after paying it off will we need to pay anymore or any money down on the new phone HE SAID NO only the activation tax and any accessories. Ok, great, we pay the money. He then starts going over trade in value and if we want to trade the phone in, he says it's worth $880 it will show up after 3 statements blah blah blah. We decided to keep the phone because it doesn't make that much of a difference on the bill to us monthly. So we are finishing it and he said you only get $1000 per line for devices so you will owe $109 additional too my husband takes out the money he says oops now it's saying $114 ok so he pulls out another $5. Then he, Michael says his computer logged out he has to log back in he pulls out account back up and says now it says they need $950 down for the phone. I explained to him if I only get $1000 per line since that phone is payed off it should free up an additional $1000 correct and that if it was the case it would of showed that beforehand not AFTER we paid the phone off. I said you told us since you were looking there was nothing additional only the $403. I said I'd like my $403 back since we aren't going to give $1500 for a $1100 phone PLUS trade in a phone so a total of $2200 in cash and phones for a $1100 phone!!!! A JOKE. He told me that I can't get that back, so I asked him to call Verizon and he said Verizon won't do anything for me either. He was the BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST I have ever met. How do you work at Verizon and you are able to see my account and know about upgrades but can see any of this? So I walked out and called Verizon on my way home where they were able to see that I do have an upgrade and are overnighting the phone to me. I have never felt so scammed in my life. Michael should be ashamed of himself. He was so careful to hold a black light to my license for 5 minutes making sure it was a real ID and flipping through a booklet to make sure my license was real and then asking us to pay half of the $109 on a card in case any of this comes back as fraud the whole time he was defrauding us!!! Needless to say he was reported to Verizon, and whether or not they actually do anything about him I'll do what I can.
