Dont buy a phone here no matter what. Save your time and money. Go to store on sandlake, its a corporate store. Near florida mall. . Not a money grubbing rip you off anyway possible franchisee store. If you buy a phone there something will go wrong with it. Charger port. Batrery failure. Or just wont receive singal. Low level sales people here throwing gang signs in pics. Dont ever honor warranty. They will tell you its your fault everytime. The sales person told me me I brought in 2 month old phone that would not receive a signal it was my fault. Then told me they are there to sell only. Never try to honor warranty. I went to sandlake store within 2 mins the representative saod your phone is defectice and gave me a new one. More than once, have had problems with customer service at this store. Had to buy a new phone because the one I bought a year ago froze up. Did not have new phone even 5 days, it was having problems connecting to the network and was impossible to hear my clients over the digital garbage. The representative that set up my phone even had issues getting on the network. And did not import my contacts properly. When I stopped back in to see if they could fix the problem, they told me I had to go to a corporate store to take care of the issue. I own a local business, this is a phone I use to connect to my clients. This store is very close to my shop. This is not the first time I've had issues with this store, all they want to do is let you pay your bill or sell you new equipment. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES AT ALL. But INSIST they offer the best customer service.( I had better service at the location down by Gatlin and Semoran.) They would not replace a defective phone I bought 5 days ago, even after they admitted something was wrong with the phone. Terrible service and attitude.
