I've been paying for phone insurance which offers free unlimited battery replacements and I finally decided to use it. Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered. read more

Waste of time. My iPhone was not connecting properly so I brought it to this UBreak location for a cleaning. I've done this numerous times at locations in Texas but am in FL for an extended stay. Guy looked at phone and said it's your charging port and not cleaning. . Was not really interested in cleaning it. Guess they were busy with other jobs. I went home and used ChatGPT for step by step cleaning instructions. Pulled out some lint and bam, port is charging. read more

After dropping my phone numerous times the screen was likely on the brink of either shattering or slicing off my finger tips. I decided to see if uBreakiFix could help me out. I showed up about 10:30 a.m. and asked if they could fix my phone. After a quick assessment, Brett let me know that they could fix it, they had the part in stock, how much it would cost and that it would take 2 hours. Great. I left and returned in about an hour 45 minutes. I was told that it would be ready in about 15 minutes. It was ready on time. The only slow down was the payment processing system - likely an issue beyond their control. My receipt indicates that my service was completed at 12:32 p.m. Overall good customer service, quick service and definitely less expensive than replacing my phone...again. The advertisements indicate that they work on a number of electronic devices including TVs, game consoles and controllers, laptops, removing malware, etc. I will consider checking with them reharding repairs prior to replacing devices in the future. read more

Once again my second hand apple Mac Book Pro was giving me problems. I took it in on a Saturday and the tech was so smart and helped me soo much. These techs really are so savy and patient. Got my iPhone SE screen repaired for $110. Three people in front of me, I was still out the door in 10 min. 50% money down for something they have to order that someone else did for a part sounded fair. They fixed my screen in about 1.5 hrs. Their setup appears fairly professional as they clearly offer several services. The insurance plan would be nice if you had kids. I'll get my battery replaced here before I get another iphone. read more

Tried to diagnose my iPhone xr. Told me he would call me in an hour that morning. Waited all day til 30 minutes til close for him to call. Sloppy work from the phone screen that didn't even work properly isn't oem (swipes up every 30 sec). Bought the phone warranty and didn't even want to go back. Found a phone repair smaller shop more trusting and professional shop showed me the screen to buy and installed it and fixed it less than 10 min in front of me. read more

My battery seems to have been replaced with an old one, it really drains out quickly. Also data was compromised, email password was changed which could not be recovered. I suggest not to give your phone's password to these guys, it's a high risk Review 2: whoever you are, it's funny when you talk about warranty. What warranty you guys have for stolen passwords? They took care of my needs to have the device ready the very next day which would traditionally take anywhere from 2-3 days. They may not be wizards for reviving devices but they sure can heal them if and only if the device is still kicking on. read more

I got a screen replacement for a cracked screen, I normally have a normal place I go to, but this store is closer. Would never go here again. Barely a month later the bottom of my screen started to detatch. I dealt with it for a while since I was due for an upgrade and then one day the screen just completely disconnected from the other tech. When I took it to my regular place they said whoever glued it together on did a terrible job for an easy task. Seriously don't waste your time and money here for a fix that'll only last a few months. read more

I wanted to write a great review here, but can't. Nice team but doing good work with an accurate thorough analysis is the key. I ended up spending a lot of $ on another computer after they told me the one brought to be repaired was not able to be fixed. Then a few weeks later the old unit came back on and was ok except for one item that I could have worked around. They charged me for a service that wasn't necessary if they checked it more thoroughly, or were sure the part they tried was functional before telling me it was not repairable. Looking at returning the new unit now but not pleased and wished I waited to go to the other shop. A lot of leg work when it wasn't necessary. read more

I left a switch to be repaired early-mid July, it is now the middle of August and no one ever tried to reach out to me in regards. I contacted the office 2 weeks ago at which point I was notified that they had to "send" the switch out for a repair of the charging port (keep in mind they did NOT contact me, I had to call) I said it was fine I was just checking the status. Come to find out today the switch has "mother board" issues and they are unable to repair it. This took them over a month to to come to terms with in which they had no time to reach out and let me know. I was tricked into purchasing a plan promising that if they are unable to fix the issue with my device that they would replace it, that was clearly a lie and just a con to have customers pay more. This location lacks techs who know how to follow through with their customers and not just sit around in the back playing around. read more
