The best. First to reply to my inquiry of fixing my iphone's LCD screen (I self diagnosed the issue and asked what the replacement price would be). Flat $100 fee, and they came to me. Made the whole process quick, simple, and easy! Tech came a bit late, but Michael (business owner) was very communicative so it was no problem at all and expected. The tech was very friendly, and finished the job in no time, and also confirmed the problem that I thought based on the symptoms and what was still working on the phone. Like he promised, 20 minutes, and the phone was back in my hands like new! Very friendly and helpful, and accepts all types of payment (give them cash you guys, they were happy with Zelle/Cash App). One note, give the tech a nicer vehicle when you guys can allow for it! His small car was a bit beaten up and it was a regular sedan - I was expecting a mobile van so that they had a proper work station. I'd imagine it's a bit cramped working in a sedan all day, but it was also that much more impressive he was able to fix my phone so quickly. read more

Team was able to pick up my nintendo switch from my apartment complex, replace the usb-c port, (and soldered some additional parts), for a reasonable price, and dropped it right back off at my residence within 48 hours. super helpful and responsive team! read more

Took my iPhone for a repair, screen would overheat and stop working. Fixed the original issue, but now the Apple ID stopped working making the phone useless and Apple said its due to a part replacement and the repair needed to be finished. Contacted Mike who said thats just what it is because of the part replacement but nothing they can do. I asked for a refund since I didnt have this issue prior to the repair and the phone is now useless. Offered to give him the phone for parts and he agreed, only to claim later he isn't the owner of the business and they don't do refunds. Literally said he isnt sorry. very bad way to treat people and conduct business. Use at your own risk. not even worth the one star. read more

So convenient Great price come to my house handed him the phone and he was done in 15 minutes Hopefully I won't crack my screen again but if I do I'll call this place again read more

Fast and Friendly! Will definitely use again. Communication was fast and response time was great.

Michael's business is absolutely great because he comes to you for the repair. My granddaughter's phone was down. I called Repair Genius, they picked up the part and it was repaired very quickly. I will be using Repair Genius for any of my smart phone repairs. read more

Really horrible experience with Michael K - very unprofessional and lied constantly regarding the progress being made on my client's laptop. Trying to get ahold of him was like pulling teeth. Honestly don't know how this guy is still in business. read more

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Took months to finally get a hold of this guy regarding my laptop. Had to get third parties involved. Also kept lying about when he'd ship my repaired laptop to me (which he ultimately didn't). If you want to feel frustrated about getting no updates of your repair status, this is your guy! read more

I'm clumsy and instead of setting my phone on the windowsill, I dropped it face first on to the tile floor. The screen did some weird code scroll thing and then went to black. Awesome. My coworker recommended this place as she was just there the day before for her daughters phone. She found them on Groupon and Repair Genius honored the price. My screen was fine but my LCD was ruined. Unfortunately you will have to replace the screen to get to the parts, but they honored the Groupon rate for that part for me. They also sold me a new tempered glass cover for 50% off. All in all, I got my phone fixed for $150, which is less than my insurance deductible. They guys were super friendly and worked quickly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I'd definitely go back if needed and highly recommend Repair Genius! read more

Mario is the man! He helped me fix only one phone, but he gave me an honest answer about another phone; he said the nokia phone would cost more to fix than to replace. He was honest and truthful, he won my business for ever. I ended paying extra to fix other parts on the phone, Mario called me and told me what needed to get fixed, I said do whatever it takes to make it running. Thank you for the awesome experience, appreciate it. read more

Repair Genius - Thanks guys! Appreciate it Mario - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Winter Park, Florida

Gave them my laptop to replace the fans and add 8GB of RAM. Fans work great, but they put in 4GB instead. After a month of getting the runaround about replacing it with the 8GB I paid for they finally stopped responding altogether. read more

I have known the owner for many years, so this may be a biased review... but I recently cracked my iPhone 6 screen and also had an issue with the LCD light from a year ago when I spilled gasoline on the phone. I knew Ricky had a phone repair store, so I reached out to him and he gave me a great price and advised me it would only be 15 min. Not only did it cost less than half of what an insurance claim would have cost me through t-mobile ($175 for a claim) but they also gave me a tempered glass screen protector for free. A customer also getting their phone repaired came in right before me and he told both of us that it would only take 15 minutes and sure enough 15 minutes later my iPhone 6 was ready to take home and worked like it was brand new. Quick, cheap, and quality. Highly recommend these guys. read more

Repair Genius replaced the motherboard in my MacBook pro when it wasn't turning on and now it is back to working great! The only issue was that the laptop was still randomly shutting off when I got it back so I had to DIY open it back up and reseet the ram because it wasn't put back in properly. Otherwise, great service and communication! read more

Repair Genius is my go to spot for iPhone issues. First they rescued my iPhone X from water damage when other shops said it was beyond repair. Then recently they fixed the cracked backside of my phone all in a timely, efficient manner at a fair price. Mike and crew are the best! read more

Great customer service, very reasonable price, and they respond in timely manner. Satisfied customer here!

Friendly, fast and excellent work! Reasonable pricing! Had several repairs done here and I recommend them!

Horrible place to get your iPhone screen replaced! They advised me to do an alternate route with my purchased Groupon for it to benefit both of us. The Groupon was suppose to be cancelled but it never was. In the end, I had to paid double the original amount for a simple iPhone screen replacement. When I returned to see if I could get this issue resolved, I was refused a refund. Anthony stated that I could get "Groupon bucks" which isn't even possible and he made the sexist suggestion that I should apply those imaginary bucks toward getting my nails done-- which are seriously the least of my concerns being a college student. read more

They know what they are doing here. Ricky was helpful and fast to repair my phone screen. He was nice too, he put on a movie for me to watch while I waited. read more

So great! Great and quick service. In and out in 20 minutes. Don't buy the Groupon. Groupon takes half, but the guys will still honor the Groupon price. Plus it's a pain in the butt if you purchase the Groupon and you end up needing an LCD in addition to your screen. Support small businesses! Great guys! read more

Mike at Repair Genius is awesome! He always goes above and beyond to help me with my IPhone repairs needs (and they are a plenty). I would highly recommend Repair Genius for all of your IPhone and other electronic repair needs! read more

Got referred to by a friend, very nice guys who work there. The only thing I was upset with was that I was told I would get a call when I dropped off my product as to what was wrong with it and never did. Actually never got a call from them once. 2 weeks later I called again and they said they couldn't fix it. For all I know I'd never know if it was fixable or not unless I called. I would never go back read more

I usually go to Fix Stop but decided to give this place a shot since I was in the area and needed to repair my screen. The service was mediocre and the staff member was not very professional. I should have just went to Fix Stop instead where the service is much quicker and the customer service there is top notch! The prices are better there too. read more

Fixed my phone in 15 minutes like brand new!! I'm so glad I found this place. I would definitely come back here if I crack my phone screen

I've taken a few phones here to be repaired, and every time they were repaired super quick and looked brand new. This is the best place, EVER! I've taken my phones to other places before I knew about this one (CPR cell phone repair on Orange), and I've always had issues. I had to take my phone back there and even take up the problems with corporate to have them fixed. Not at Repair Genius! All I did was grab a bite to eat, and it was done! The guys there are very professional, friendly, and know their stuff! And not only was the repair fast and looked brand new, but it was very affordable as well. I won't ever take my electronics anywhere else to be repaired. I'm glad I found them! read more

Great service. I called ahead to see if they could fix my broken screen and when I got here they were waiting for me. They also had a great variety of other things there while I waited for my repair that caught my eye. read more

I shattered my iPhone glass and got it fixed here. Looks like new! The staff was professional, nice and had it fixed in a jiffy. There was a comfortable couch and movie playing to enjoy while I waited. I would highly recommend coming to Repair Genius for your phone repair needs. read more

As happy I was to find them to be the cheapest phone screen repair in town.... I got what I paid for. The quality of the screen is clearly cheap and does not support 3D Touch on iPhone (which I use every day) When I brought it back to them because the forcetouch was not working, and the screen was not fitting in correctly, they were not understanding of the issue. Seemed as though their knowledge of how the 3D Touch works was extremely minimal. Would not recommend a screen repair here unless you want an iPhone 3G quality screen placed on your iPhone 7+, 8+, or X. (Was also told they would get back to me on the issue, and never did) read more

Not the greatest place to go. customer service was great, however the work wasn't. I took my iphone 6 to get a new battery and screen replacement. screen was nice but they put a defective battery into my phone or a 3rd party battery. My phone wouldn't turn on the next day. I went back to there to tell them, they put in a new battery with no problem, but now my phone won't connect to wifi or bluetooth. I looked up the what was causing that and was told the antenna was broken. I then went back and told them that situation. They told me that happens to iphones and recommended me to restore my iphone in dfu mode. That didn't fix the problem as well. Now I have to buy a new phone cause apple told me It'll be a $300 fix. read more
